OOC: This is a strategic character RolePlay that gives the point of view of my Presidente and his Councilari. For almost every war-like post I will make, I will make a post here. This will also show why my government does what it does and how it makes the decisions.

United Osea States of Truitt has invaded United Arab Emirates in an attempt to create a Middle Eastern Presence and to pressure Eriopia into giving up Laos. Total Casualties: 20,000 (All Sides Added In)
United Osea States of Truitt has striked Yemen with submarine-launched missles in an act of war to annex Yemen as U.A.E. is taken under Nepalese command. Total Yemeni Casualties: 450
Osea Forces have shown up in Argentina and Chile in a massive invasion in coordination with AfrikaZKorps. Eyes are now set on Brazil as Argentina's fait is sealed with the finishing battle at St. Pauls Fortress. Total casualties on Truitti side so far: 5,300.

Presidentel Room; Honai, Vietnam

The Presidente sat there in his seat. He was fighting two wars at once with a possable third front right to the north. The expansion of Golencia and Grey Hills made them all feel at ease. They wanted to stop both in their own world-wide conquering views, but it was unlikely that with the South American Campain in its peek, that such a thing would not be possable.
He was at ease as the race in Asia ment that the final battle would be for China. China woudl take a week, about the time it would take for Brazil to fall.
"We can not stand here. Yemen takes almost no action at all and there has been talk of the cabinet to the President asking for a annexation with out a fight.
"That means we can concentrait on Communist Brazil." Said James sitting down, taking a cup of coffee and drinking it after a long night. They had finished their planning of the Yemeni invasion and that U.A.E. was almost under Nepalese command. South America, well, Argentina exactly, was to fall after the Siege of St. Paul.
"Well, the battlefield will not be China soon enough." Said Fonzi looking up from his own coffee. James looked at him oddly. He was usually the onyl person to understand Fonzi, but this threw him off. What was he talking about?
"Fonzi, what do you mean? China could mean a World War, and we are the oens fueling the most." Questioned James sitting down his coffee.
Fonzi just looekd blankly at the painting of himself and his girlfriend. So peaceful and enjoying life in a Thai resort. She looked so beautiful and kind, and she was. Becouse of the resent conflicts, they had not seen eachother much.
"Get Alina on the phone. Me and her are to go to a classified resort in Hong Bej tommarow for a whole day of just peace. No one is to distrub me." Said Fonzi getting out of his trance.
"What about the Chinese conflict, sir?" Asked James as Fonzi got up. "Tell them we wish to remian neutral and am willing to make an alliance with any of them." He walked out with James yelling "But where shall we expand after Brazil than?!" The sound of footsteps stopped for a secound and then started agian as "California." Was yeleld down the hall.
James sat there, alarmed. "California?" Asked James to himself as he got up to catch up with Fonzi.

Grays Hill would like to send its Minister of Foreign Affairs to meet with the President of Tuitt. The minister is ready at any time, and is waiting for the approval of the President of Truitt.

Presidente Jewitt would like to see the President of Grey Hills in Emirate Navy Base, a Navy Base built in the former U.A.E. capital. He wishes to know one thing: What time shall he be there as it should be today or after tommarow for personal reasons.

The president of Grays Hill, Osama al-Sahaf has just boarded a plane headed to the base. He has nothing but time on his hands, so the Presidente Fonzi S. Jewitt can arrive whenever he sees fit, though, the sooner the better.

Presidente Jewitt has just bored Wing One and will be at Emirate Navy Base in two hours. You will be directed to the meeting place. Your own guards are allowed to a sertain number.

3 gaurds have been sent with al-Sahaf. They will be there in about 45 minutes, due to the closeness of the base.

Presidente Jewitt and his saggy eyes and uncombed hair walked through the large maple doors and saw al-Sahaf just as he stood up. He shook his hand and said "So, why did you call on me?"

"I am interested in strikeing a deal with you. I know of your dream of territory in North America, and you know of my dream of the Middle East. You recently gained the UAE and Yeman, territorys I would very much like to see in the Empire of Grays Hill. And I also know that you are spread too thin to make your dreams of gaining North America territory come true. This is what I came here to meet with you about. I'm being pretty straight forward. I am prepared to hand a task force of 200,000 men for you to control and use to gain your North American Territory. But in return, I would like the UAE and Yemen. Of course you would be welcome to establish bases in the UAE and Yemen, if you would like. Also, once our troops have done their job for you, we would like military bases in your new territory, and they can stay there. What do you think?" al-Sahaf explain. He leaned back in his chair, and waited for Jewitt's responce.

The young Presidente thinks for a few minutes. He assumed Councilari Conners had tould the president.

"Well, California is only a stepping stone to Oregon, Nevada, and Washington. Becouse of this a lot of your people should be left behind as the main guarding forces in California as Truitti forces move to quickly expand." Fonzi took a small drink of water and continued. "What were you to say if I asked you to add 300,000 to that amount, half a million troops. I am sure your large military can allow such a minor loss. I hope you understand, current conflicts in China and South America are all needing the bulk of Truitti forces and we simpley can not take the easy lands in North America soon enough. An other nation is supposably going to take Oregon soon."
The Presidente awaited the reply.

al-Sahaf leaned forward and looked amazed. Then his top bodygaurd approached him with a cell phone. "Sir, I think you might want to take this"

"Excuse me for a minute, please" al-Sahaf, stood up and walked away to carry on his conversation in private.

"Hello?" he said, confused and somewhat aggitated. It was the Vice President on the other end. "Sir, Truitt is threatening war on Golencia for going into Southeast China, because he is angry that Golencia got there first."

"DO WHAT!" al-Sahaf screamed. "Ok, I'm on my way home, and put all forces on high alert, by the order of me!" al-Sahaf hustled back into the room, and looked at Presidente Jewitt in disguss. He then out of nowhere punched him in the face, but was quickly pulled off by body gaurds of both men. al-Sahaf was pulled off Presidente Jewitt and was escorted from the building by his bodygaurds, where they got in their limo and left. They sped to the airport and quickly boarded their plane, bound for the capital city.

Honai, Viet Nam
The Presidente walked into Presence Tower, the center piece of Hou Lou Gate, a massive fortress that was almost the entire capital. He was exhusted by the three meetings he had last night and he was ready to go on that day-long get-away with his girlfriend, at least until James got him.
"Fonzi, we got a problem." James yelled running up to him and guiding him into the War Room. There were tens to hundreds of men in the large cafeteria-sized room that had displays all along the walls and holographic images at every other table. "What the Hell did you do when I was gone!?" Yelled Fonzi ferious as he took his seat by the Generali to the Airforce's own. "Sir, please tell me at the meeting at that one bar that you said you would only help protect South East China, please." Said Harvy Gripen, the Lesser Generali to the Airforce, the Lead Generali was James himself.
"Yeah, after James had to leave he whispered in my ear only to promise South East China. That more than likely Golencia would accept that and only go for South West China." Fonzi said snapping his fingers for a cup of coffee. "Well, Golencian Leaders are enraged with our 'flip-flopping,' sir. We tould them not to expand, than we tould them we would like to form a pre-alliance, then we tould them we would protect the entire of China." Said the Lesser Generali writing down something on a board a woman in a pure black suit brought. She was a Black Sheet, the highest ranking of the Federali Investigation Agency (FIA). "No, I did not say we would protect the entirety of China. I did not even say we were breaking that pre-alliance propessition." Fonzi then looked over to James.
"Did you?" Fonzi began with a raised eyebrow. "Yeah, I did. I even signned under your name." Said James as his eyes openned up. "Why? Why were you called away anyways?" Asked Fonzi not even touching the cup the same Black Sheet brought him. "Well, I tould you to stay with that agreement becouse China had sent us a message saying if we protected them, than we could become a protectorate. That was not all. Azka also asked that we make one more final push into Argentina and then the war would be pretty much finished except for Communist Brazil. I went ahead and ordered the push right into St. Pauls Fortress and we got it, but were delt servere casualties." James looked down. He did not have the authority to call the siege, only the Presidente himself or the Lead Generali to the Armed Forces. The bombing was his doing, but he obviously forged Fonzi's own signature for the orders.
"You know, if you were anyone else I would have killed you right here on the spot." Fonzi said putting his left right into his right inner pocket of his jacket he never took off. "I'm sorry Fonzi, erm, Mr. Presidente. I will sign my resignation notice right away." Said James turnning to the door. Fonzi put out his arm to stop him. "No, what good am I if I don't have someone to tell me the difference between genocide and sacrifice?" Asked Fonzi jokingly. It was an old joke he tould when he asked him to be his running mate. "Genocide is when you make the decisions, sacrifice is when I do." James said using the same responce as seven years ago. "Well, I guess they can't say what we did was unjust. But we need to straighten this out." Said Fonzi going over to the Satcom Table.
"Now, first to Golencia." Said Fonzi.

I, Presidente Fonzi S. Jewitt, am dearly sorry for the problems we have caused you and will sum up our views on this incident in one sentance.
I, Presidente Fonzi S. Jewitt, am pulling all forces from our borders and am deeply osrry for this near-conflict.
We are asking now for you to propose the Pre-Alliance, not me or my government due to distrust.

"Did I say my name enough to convence them it is me?" Asked Fonzi jokingly. "Now, who next?" Asked Fonzi. "Lets try Grey Hills." Said James.

"Wait, you forgot Azaka!" Yelled James over the rouring room. Azaka was just short for AZK, or AfrikaZKorps. "Tell them Argentina is ours by midnight tonight, and make it happen!" Yelled Fonzi.
The taking of the capital would be easy, being that most of their airforce and ground forces were destroyed before hand and that their navy has pretty much groupped up to lay a massive assualt on Rose Island.

The Presidente did not want a wide-scale war, and he was going to stop it from happening.

"They said what?" al-Sahaf qestion his Vice President. "Sir, they said they are sorry, and that Presidente Jewitt deserved that hit you got in oh him."

"You're damn right he did!" sputted al-Sahaf. "Now now sir, calm down. They don't want to fight anybody. They are pulling their forces from the border."

"Hm..Get the Presidente on the phone, and tell him, 'I'm sorry for hitting you, but you deserved it. Maybe we could re-shedule a meeting sometime tomorrow about my proposal.'"

"Hell yeah, but not now. We need to get Golencia and Eriopia to see us as no longer a threat." Said Fonzi to one of the Council Chairs. "I do not want a war in Asia, but tell him our trade will be more than likely accepted with a lower price if this ends in peace, and hopefully some sort of an alliance."

Stuart approached the Emperor handing him a letter. It was the Truittian Telegram. The Emperor took it and said thank you to Stuart. The Emperor began reading it and laughed a bit. He began to scribble on a piece of paper:

"It makes me wonder how this would have turned out, if i had not been able to pull the allies together. We're glad to see you step down, as it would have been a war consuming the Continet as a Whole. Millions would have died. However we avoided that by pulling together.

The Empire of Golencia would like now for you to announce that you recognize our Annexation of Northwest China. However we alos wish to propose a Treaty. In the treaty we will both agree not to step foot in Southeast China. You will not interfere in Chinese Affairs, and in return we will stay away from Eastern chinese Affairs. However we wish to Iron these out in a Peace Conference. Preferably held in a neutral nation."

The Emperor called stuart and handed him the letter. "Take this and send it to The Truittian Government."

The presidente took the message from Golencia and looked it over three times. He smiled and gave out a breath. "Thank God." He breathed out. "Return the message with these exact words." Said the Presidente turnning to his Councilari.

"We are glad this will end in harmony. I am currently prepairing a speech to the people of Osea Truitt appologyzing for my actions. I am also prepairing a telegram to the Taiwanese Islands saying my armed forces will not be able to aid his own in South East China.

"I accept your propossal for the tready as we have our eyes set further into the Americas, if you do not know from your ally Grey Hills. I would personally like to meet you, and any other interested parties in a conference in any nation, unless it of cource proves to be hostile towards I, or the Osea Government."

James writes it up and then, with the Presidente's approval, sends it to Golencia.

"How could such a good day go so bad?" Asked the Presidente as he fell into his leather chair.

Political Overviews

St. Pauls Fortress was located just fifty miles from the border of mid-Chile. It would prove as a staging point for a single assualt on Chile that was planned to end in a mere day. The same day as the so called "Chile's Judgment Day" just so happened to have two other major events. Presidente Jewitt himself giving a speech on how he was mistaken on meddling in Golencia's expansion and how he will stop his imperialistic expansions after Brazil has fallen. The next thing was the other day-long war, "Emiraten Yemen," which was the single assualt to claim Yemen for the United Osea States. The day was said by national news casters to be "The most diplomatic day in Truitt's history."
The forces, a total of 100,000 troops and 20 tanks, were possitioned facing Chile. Only 500 troops were dispatched to Yemene, and only becouse their military consisted of only a few russian out-dated tanks, poorly armed and trainned soldiers, and only five boats in their navy, of which all were captured except for one that was sunk.
The time for all three to happen was set for 1300 hours; 1:00 PM, Moscow Standerd Time.

The Most Diplomatic Day in Truitt's History

Presidente Jewitt walked out onto the stage which had more than national citizens, but Asian Representatives from the other powers in the region. He looked at the representative from Golencia and winked. He was given the most frontal seat; even over the cabinet and government spectaters. He took in a quick breathed and began.
I was never one for speeches as many of you know. And to tell everyone the truth, I am making this up as I go. Do not think this is of no importance, it is just that I can only say what I am feeling at that moment, not last night with my advisors telling me what to write on a note card I can barely read. So, I will begin with the mian reason for this speech: Golencia.

The four missle silos that were not damaged at St. Pauls Fortress were already armed with balistic missles aimed at the first military base the forces would incounter. Just as the missles broke form their incasings inside the ground the troops and tanks and even aircraft flew at once, in unison, over the Chile border. They firred at the massed protecting forces that were waiting for them just beyond the open fields. At first the OFAF forces were the ones being hit hard, but OSAF forces quickly gave intelligance and strategically bombed sertain posts, making the death count 8-1. The forces quickly ran nonstop for fifty miles and then reached the coast. Chile was now cut in half but Osea Troops and were slowly being deteriated as forces from the sides, north, south, and even from sea bombarded them and killed each one who could hurt a Truitti soldier. Bombers flew with smaller bombs than before, Chile was not militaristic at all. Chile was almost consumed within just 6 hours of battle.

It was my mistake to order the meeting with Taiwanese senators, and to prove that such a disagreement will not happen agian, Taiwanese citizens in Truitti borders are asked kindly to leave, which the Osea Government will pay fair, to any location on Earth unless it is in Osean Orbit. To also make matters fairer, I am propossing a Free Trade Agreement between the nations of Golencia, Grey Hills, Eriopia, and Whittier. I am also ready to start any meetings in which a trade can be made for Laos from Eriopian control.

The 3rd Osea T-/E-Boat Contridiction Division deployed all at once after surfacing. Bombers with napalm and cluster bombs were the first to fly with escort TyH-58D Fighting Cockatiels right behind them. Missles from the two Dugahh-class SSBN/SSGNs quickly finished off any coastal resistance that could actualy blunt the landing and destroyed one of the only two airforce bases in the nation. The forces onboard the single Tru'gall-class SSLDC ran into their landing craft where they were ramped into the ocean and sped towards the baren coast. There was word that the President of Yemen had resignned and that the leftist Vice President had called for peace meetings of possable territory swap; that would neevr happen. It was all or nothing.
The 3rd Osea T-/E-Boat Contridiction Division quickly disbanded to strike other posts along the coast with the 65th OFAF Armored Siege Division and the 34th OSAF Airborne Covert Division took the lands of Yemen. It fell with a total of 5,400 surrendering troops, and 5,100 fighting. All the rest of the military had resignned or had gone AWOL becouse of rumors of Truitt's genocidal tatics. The "Uberfest Tatics" as the higher possitions in the OFAF called it soon took effect as the surrendered soldiers were marched and killed in a nearby river that ran through the capital city. the entire river, by the time it reached the capital, was full of blood. The Independant Republic of Yemen quickly became the Osea Controlled States of Yemen after the troops just walked into the battered and demoralized streets of the capital as a long urban fight came into the night.

I do not expect any of those nations to accept my apologyies, for what I did was a mistake that could have taken millions of lives, on both sides. Territories would have been lost, revolutions would have formmed, and total chaos would reach Asia once agian since the Mongolian Empire fell. In responce, I am wishing to lead an alliance to rid all of Asia of power hungery nations, as I have accidentally showed to have inside my own heart; dispite my trying to stay back. The Asian Loyalist Initiative, or just Ali, is currently being ran through the Osea Council and I have sent requests to every Asian nation in a dream of uniting this great continent once agian, and bring it away from its path of war and imperialistic might.

Chile's defence was dieing quickly, if not as fast as the Yemeni had. The brutal sights of both the Emirate and Argentinian Sieges showed that any resistance would not be delt with nicely and merciful. The Chilen Nation Guard made a last stand in a small city just east of the capital. It was named Cinigrad. It had many ruins of old native american buildings, including a large temple. The entire place was dug in and was being used as a last-chance effort to weaken the OFAF and OSAF's push into Chile. "We have the upper hand! If you die, you better hope you killed two Truitti soldiers or your name will forever be shunned be on the List of Lost in Action!" Yelled the Generals and Commanders. They had saved up their entire force, a total of 2,000 men and women and 30 old russian tanks. Their stand agenst the incomming 8,000 OFAF troops and countless OSAF bombing raids was slim, but it would be a long and bloody one well into the night.
"I see them! They are-" Began an Outter Defence Bunker's Commander before a high-penitraition bomb from a stealth bomber dropped right ontop of the bunker, killing all four men inside and the russian tank loaded with twice as much ordanance as required. The explosion from the ordanance was so great that a near-by bunker got slightly damaged and had one of its four men killed.
The Bombers, unescorted becouse of the lack of any active fighter jets remainning in the Chilen Air Force quickly made scrap meat of the bunkers, but the many hid into the ruins were untouched. "We can not fire on the ruins. Afrikaan Officals gave one rule to the invasion and that was no firring on holy ground!" Reported a General just behind the front lines. The night seemed like dawn as the vast explosions and rocket fire covered the night sky. Lights were seen as Truitti Flame Thrower Troops, only fifty in all, ran up to bunkers and stuck their guns into the holes; burnning anything inside and resulted in numerous painful deaths.
"We need to get rid of that one structure, the one that looks like a pyrimid! It has about three hundred troops and at least half of their available armor reserves. A solid Kegbomb strike would mean the total deselation of those forces." Said a Strategic Commander after seeing the OFAF troops starting to slow their advance as they were not permitted to go inside the ruins.
The General took in a deep breath and said blankly over the large explosions "Get some specialists in there and plant charges all along the sides. Call in an air strike with just two thousand pounders onboard. Have it set for just one hour from now." The Commander acknowledged and sent five teams. Four to distract and one to plant the charges.

As every person who watches the news knows, I have personally ordered an invasion of United Arab Emirates, of which the Napalese Government has taken full command of. I was advised to quickly take Yemen before any other force did, and thus, that invasion is going on as I speack. Many also know I have signned an alliance with AfrikaZKorps to claim the entire of South America, with Afrikaan Forces claimming all but Brazil which will be part of the Osean Orbit. This is of old news, but the final assualt by the Osea Federal Armed Forces and the Osea Federal Armed Navy will be completed in Chile at the same time as Yemen is said to fall. After this, a regrouping period as the Osea State Air Force and the Osea Federal Marvy Force stage an attack on Uruguay. After regrouping, Yemen should be under Thai command and the mission to rid South America of its communist oppressor should begin.

The midnight battle at Yemen's capital was now turnning down hill. Only a reported 400 Yemenese troops remainned in the capital, but were quickly destroying the 2,000 OFAF troops who were trying to blitzkrieq the city. It became apartent that innocent lives would have to be sacrifised once agian as the General and Chief of the Acitve OFAF in Yemen ordered a large bombing run pending the results of a missle strike from a Article-class SSDG that was on its way. The bomber was located at Emirate Navy Base, the former capital of United Arab Emirates. It was being loaded with a single 8,000lb Kegbomb, the smallest possable, and was to be dropped right over Capital House, where all lead officals still stood with a massive blockade of secret service and elite troops. The single bomb drop would kill all those within a 100 foot radius and pending the person and location, severly injure those out to 300 feet away from the blast. The brute strength of the Kegbomb was its power to break down a wall or building that a normal series of bombs would never do, and thus, the expencive project was being used in combat on two fronts at once.
The missles came in, and to the surprise, one burst in midair from some anti-missle system. The other five rammed into buildings and exploded, hurting Yemese troops but also dealing some Truitti injuries. The Kegbomb was ordered and would be there in less than an hour.

The Chilen Forces were slowly dieing out as the four decoy squads firred randomly into the ruined temple while the demolitions experts all planted charges along the sides. The goal was to make it look like the temple was never there. "Alright, Code: Down With Cinigrad." Said the General in Command over the radio, the Okay to drop the 11,000lb Kegbomb right ontop of the ruined temple. The OFAF troops quickly ran back as if they were retreating, and some of the Chilen forces started to yell "We did it! We drove them back!" But their cries were in vein. Only ten minutes after the retreat the careful Chilen forces just started to elave their bunkers right when the small hum of four tubofans were heard. They all knew of the rumors. The sound of a large bomber, something crackling through the air, and then a flash of light that would seem to be a nuclear bomb. It brought down St Pauls Fortress, a fortress thought to neevr be able to fall to the ill-experianced Chilens. The Truitti Forces saw it only as a big over protected resturant without any food but angery customers. The forces started to run around in chaos after hearing the engines comming towards them thinking that an attack on the ruins was in strict violation of their rules of engagment. They were wrong; and playing right into the hands of the smart Generals.
The bomb hit, just to the side of the ruinned temple; but that did not matter. The explosion was seen from over a hundred miles away, but no human bodies were seen. Only fragments of the 2,000+ year old ruins. The Kegbomb had killed 90% of the remainning Chilen forces in Cinigrad, and plans were already being made to turn Cinigrad into an other large fortress like St Pauls to hide the ruins.

So, as I close this, I am asking. For any nations that wish to rid the world of Communism in Brazil, please, give us a word of your views, even agenst. I am now also saying to those who wish to take down Communism for once and for all, a meeting will be held before Communist Brazil is invaded, in which, any interested parties can attened. Various topics will be discussed like the propossed alliance, and any Anti-Sochist Parties are allowed to attend and are greatly welcomed. Thank you.
The Presidente stepped down to a surprised crowd. The only person to stand up and clap was a representative from Grey Hills. They made eye contact after the rest of the crowd had stood and the man gave a gestur of hitting himself. The Presidente smilled and nodded before walking off the stage to his room.

Overview as of 1100 hours; Next Day

Chile, after its forces were destroyed at Cinigrad, gave into Truitt's plee to throw down arms. Chilen military bases were now being used as camps to hold prisoners of war until they were given one of their two possable sentances: Life in Jail or Death. The Yemenese forces died, each one with a fight, at the capital city which was now leveled except for a few buildings around the river which was still as baren and colorful as blood. The total Truitti force remainning made a march to the capital where the surrender was offical. In all, Chile lost all but 400 troops which were in prison or in hiding. Yemen lost its entire last-chance force but the some 8,000 that were along the coast surrendered in hopes of mercy, which was delivered. Truitt in all lost 34,500 troops and two of its prized TyH-B5D Hell Dream Stealth Bombers. The national treasuries that were captured would pay for the replacments and the new project for the new flag ship, which was almost finished for the Brazilian War.

[OOC: Good, and I kind of fused the Yemenese and the Chilen take over into this one thread becouse it overlays with my Presidente's speech. I hope this makes my Presidente seem a little more interesting; and this gives Sharina a good place to see me single claim of Yemen and U.A.E. seperate.

I am asking that when the meeting is called, in this thread, that anyone who is interested in the Asian Conflicts, who wish to deal out some old wounds, or just yell at the other side, please come. The Newly Crowned Emperor of Golencia walked back to me the Presidente.

"A word of advise don't attempt to get Laos. My Father tried, but they are attached to the land, and we respect that decision. We hope you do to, as we pledge to defend them against hostilities from outside Laos."

Emperor Ruben Aragon II walked away thinking about the fall of Communist Brazil when he turned around and looked at the Presidente.

"The Communists weren't too happy with our invasion of India. We're willing to help you."

The Presidente saw the message and said "We will not force it from them, as I want to bring peace to Asia, as I had almost started a war. I am willing to swap lands for Laos, but I do understand from Telegrams that they are attached to the lands."

He looked at the last question and thought for a few secounds. "We could always use extra ground troops, being that both the Afrikaan and Truitti troops will be limited due to the newly captured territories. If you wish after the continent meeting which I am hoping to start next week, we can hold talks about agreements for further aid in the communist supression."

The Presidente looked at the two leaders from Gray Hills and Golencia about their new alliance.

He pulled out a map that showed what everyone knew everyone had, except Europe was changed, slightly. Golencia had Truitt's claims, which had the entire of Scandinavia, Romania, and two other nations. Gray Hills had a line of nations connecting Italy to Turkey. Yet, the one nation who owned those lands was nowhere to be seen.

This, is the European Map after our introduction as an alliance into the world. We will call ourselves, The Earth Three.

We all are located on three continents. Asia, South America, and Europe. We are also extremely active in the international community, which is how I came to the name.

Now to buisness. You both see the border changes.

But first, each continent, with some broken into two or three sections, will have a capital. Europe will be the Golencian Vatican City, Asia will be New Dehli, an other Golencian capital, with South America being Oured.

As to Gray Hills, he has yet to say what the Middle East would be, as he controls that capital.

Now to the next goal of interest, a single rule above all others, the Absolute Loyalty Rule. The rule means that this alliance over-rules all others. If, as an example, an alliance with say Praetonia and Gray Hills exists. Praetonia attacks, well, say Truitt for example's sake. Gray Hills must protect Truitt, even if it means utterly destroying Praetonia.

Now that if we can accept that agreement, than we can continue.

He awaited the replies

The Emperor looked into the Presidente's eyes. He looked at hom almost with hatred, then smiled.

"There are no Golencian Objections to this proposal. We are oblged to loyalty."

President al-Sahaf quickly scrambled to the phone to order an official Grays Hillian responce to this matter.

"Grays Hill is very interested, and wishes to join, on several conditions. Those conditions are Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Albania, Yugoslavia, and Bulgaria. In order for Grays Hill to join this alliance and fight along side Golencia and Truitt, our former enemy, we must be gaurenteed these nations, in an effort to connect our ever expanding empire. And in obtaining these nations, we mean all of them, not shared. If Golencia and Truitt can agree to Grays Hill getting these seven nations, then Grays Hill will join this alliance. Upon joining, the capital of the Middle East will be Tehran."

OOC: HI, why would you tag this? For one thing, you are not in Earth III, nor is this meeting even public, it is ISC. Not even the Vice Presidents know exactly what we are doing.

"This map shows our changed claims. Although you requested an other extra, we will accept. As to Golencia, the Vatican Head Chair. Germany and Austria will be traded once the Osean propossed claims are further put through. This includes the entire of Scandinavia and Whales. Also Romania is included with an other border. Once this is accomplished, Germany, Austria, and the entire of Ireland is under your rule."

The Presidente stopped, drank a small sip of Jack Daniels that was hidden in a glazed glass, and awaited any replies before he began to give some propossed rules he and his coordinators had designned.

Before any of the two could respond he interupted as his cellphone bleeped and saw the textmessage. "Well, it seems Border One and Border Three are currently using military action, meanning they are not looking our way."

Hrstokia (Spel?) and Koppersberg.

The Emperor sighed. He looked down for a while thinking of what he was going to say. He looked back up. "Well..." he paused for a moment. He took a deep breath and let it out. "A war isn't in the best interests of our Treasury. However if we are not forced to move our military too often nor our navy, we should be fine. In the mean time, we are focusing on building Cathedrals through out India and Western China. But, if we can get someone to pay for the Troops transpotation we will be able to defend the Territories while you lads are out killing everyone in your way."

He took another deep breath let it out and looked back at the other two.

"Put your guys along the Nepalese borders, there are a few airforce bases there that I can order TyH-A1 Kegbirds to. They can pick anything up, except ships, of cource. I should know, I helped desing it.

"As to your placement, your men will be the leading defence of Austria from ground and your navy will be a leading defence of Mainland Italy, if that is Gray Hill's sights. I am also propossing a joint-nation base system. It will have five military bases in each nation, each nation gets five per their ally. Most along the borders.

"These bases can be selected by the builder and location requested, but finalized by the host. This will help us watch eachother's backs."

He awaited further replies.

"We ask that the bases be universal to be used by each of us, until we manage to get permanet borders in Europe. This will avoid the technical stuff when strategy should be discussed. After the war then we can easily start the technicalaties as we'll have more time to focus on it. However we have agreed and 2 Million soldiers and 250 Tanks are moving to the Nepalese border and will await transport."

The Emperor made a call and turned back to the other men. "Also we are in the process of moving our capital to Vatican City, and if it woulden burden you could you carry some Contractors, The Royal Family, and 25,000 Soldiers to that destination?"

The Presidente also called in the orders. "Yes, finish restorign the old Witzgallian bases and begin on bases for the Marvy Force...why? We need bases that any branch of the military can use of cource. Yes, and they should eb arriving soon. Yes, directly to Deautschdam, yes. Thank you, James."

He looked up after flipping his phone into his rear pocket and nodded. "How about you Mr. Hills, you going to speack up?"

Grays Hill is very pleased and the Capital is being moved to Tehran. At this moment, massive amounts of troops are being positioned in Turkey to be used on that front. A large portion of the Navy is being placed near Italy and across the Mediterreanen Sea. Another portion is being positioned in the Black Sea to prevent, and possible cunduct an amphibious attack across the Sea.

Grays Hill also agress to the base exchange, but we agree with Golencia that it should wait until after the war when the borders are finalized. I am also in the process of building a canal spreading from the Mediterreanen Sea on the coast of tTurkey, to the Persian Gulf on the border of Iraq and Iran. This will make shipping supplies navaly easier.
