OOC: Named after the Earth III home of my nation.
IC:We have eft the TBA due to idealogical differences, but still respect it's members. As a gesture of goodwill notquiteaplace would off all TBA members a non agression pact. To take this offer up you must sign below.
The pact is as follows
1) No nation signed under this pact will be attack Notquiteaplace in any circumstances. Nor will Notquiteaplace attack them.
2) Attacks on allies of the members of this pact are not made illegal by signing it.
3) This clause states that Notquiteaplace shall not attack any undersigned nation and undersigned nations shall not attack notquiteaplace. Attacking nations within this pact that do not fit this is allowed. (Undersigned nations may attack eachother without breaching it).
4) No covert war or agression such as funding terrorism, crime and restricting trade more than would be done to bother nations shall be inflicted on nations you cannot attack due to this pact.
The MDP
Notquiteaplace offers a mutual defense pact to the following deeply respected nations. All TBA or ex TBA members. Dailey, Neo Cannen, Borman, Hawdawg and Inkhana. (more may be added shortly)
1)Each nation that signs signs ina reciprocal rather than group arrangement.
2)Protecting a nation you are obliged to defend is not required if they are under attack as a result of defending nations not on this pact.
3) Notquiteaplace will defend all undersigned nations where requested and the undersigned will protect notquiteaplace from unwarranted agression where requested. Exempted defence required from counter attack by a nation previously attacked or conditions clause 2.
