Due to the recent events in the United States Territory of Somalia, congress has decided to rename it entirely. Under the New-Michigan Renaming Act, the UST will henceforth be known as New-Michigan.
Furthermore and in the same vein, Mogadishu will be renamed Colt-City. It will be the seat of the African District Court as well as the regional administrations for all United States interests in Africa
