The Soviet Bloc Ministry of Defense has decommissioned five Kasatanov-class SSBN/SSGNs (REFIT) from active duty ARSB Navy duty. The five submarines will be cleaned, their nuclear cores reloaded, and their systems remanufactured to new standards. Upon finishing the process, the five submarines will sail to Ottoman Khaif under escort by the ARSB 4th Expeditionary Fleet. Upon arrival, they will be stripped of all Soviet Bloc designations and markings and will officially be transferred to the Ottoman Khaif Navy.
Dat' Pizdy Naval Construction Yards will begin work on constructing twenty new Kasatanov-classes which will be solely built for Ottoman Khaif. The twenty vessels will likely take between ten and fifteen years to build. Upon finishing, the vessels (as they come off the 'line') will sail for Ottoman Khaif with Ottoman Khaif personnel and with Ottoman Khaif markings. Soviet Bloc assets or Ottoman Khaif assets will escort the submarines to their new home as they are produced.
All submarines transferred to Ottoman Khaif will come with the Integral Conversion System, which allows the ballistic missile systems aboard to be converted to VLS tubes, although each sub has thirty ballistic missile tubes (can be converted to 210 VLS tubes by pulling out the section and replacing it with the 'Integral Vertical Launch Missile System') and forty-eight VLS tubes as standard. The submarine also sports four 21" torpedo tubes as well as a vast array of advanced sensor technology.

The nation of Ottoman Khaif paid $78.6 billion USD for the twenty five Kasatanov-class SSBN/SSGN (REFIT) submarines [at 2.5 Billion USD per used submarine and 3.2 billion USD per new submarine].
