Lead Story:
According to a source at the Phaerime Parliment an effort is now underway to trim governmental waste and use it to pay for needed services.
First and foremost on the list of services to be funded is the building of prison
facilities along with the hiring of more Police Officers as well as the best
equipment money can buy for there use. We are doing this in an attempt to
stop the rising crime rate in Phaerime.
Our Second Story:
In recent years the Parliment as been slowly purchasing military equipment from Kore Technologies. After we finally finished the Submarine
Base they purchased a number of the Coral Skimmers Class Submarines as well as a few Aerial Subs. More recently was the purchase of a number of
Phoenix Class Aircraft because of the various applications they can be used for and the fact they are VTOL so they don't need a runway to takeoff.
Our Final Story for today:
According to Nichelle Stewart, Public Relations Specialist at Stellar
Satillites said they are busy building satillites for many differant uses. And have been working with the folks of Kormanthors Space Elevator to get the satillites into orbit. Which they find to cost about twenty five percent of the cost of booster rockets.
