Dear fellow lords and regional governors, and any other Imperial agents who may recieve this. The Imperium of Man Regional Delegate The Holy Empire of Arabus calls for the assistance of all those who have the manpower and faith in the holy Emperor to come to our assistance in this our time of need... We have become aware of a potential attack on our borders by the dark powers and we fear that our current strength may not be enough to turn the tide of this conflict.
