OOC: This is an announcement and explanation concerning the sudden Disapperance of the nation of Endenia and the apperance of Endenia. Please feel free to post responses. Thanks.

To All Nations Concerned:

We are pleased to announce that Endenia's borders have been reopened to the world following the sudden closure during the Presidency of former President Cassandra Woo. Upon the orders of the new president, We will explain what happened. During the Presidency of former President Cassandra Woo, Endenia underwent a rapid growth which finally resulted in the development of both Nuclear Weaponry and Nuclear power stations. However there was a accident in one of the reactors and caused a chain-reaction that caused a massive Melt-Down in the nation's Central Power Core. The Melt-Down destroyed all major cities including the former capital of Endenia Prime, because of this disaster, the National Council declared a State Of Emergancy and sealed the borders.

During the time of our 'exile' we evacuated remaining civilians to a central location and founded the nation's capital and only city, Haven. Also our nation was renamed The Borderland Of New Endenia. Now we are in the midst of rebuilding our devastated economy, army and also reestablishing contacts with neighbouring and friendly nations.

Cause Of Disaster:
Complete Melt-Down on Super-Reactor No.5 and No.6 in Maelstrom Atomic Research and Missile Command Facility, caused chain-reaction affecting Marshall Plains Civilian Nuclear Facilities(Melt-Down in reactors No.4-No.10) Radiation Blasts affected all Cities and surrounding towns and villages. Cause of Melt-Down believed to be Reactor Overload.

Response:
State Of Emergancy, Sealing Of Borders and Communication Blackout Declared Immediately by Provisional Council in Fal-Dara(Lest Affected City), Military ordered to evacuate survivors to unaffected regions of Endenia. New city founded for survivors in unaffected regions, called Haven, population: 4 Million. Immediate sealing of Maelstrom and Marshall Plains Facilities and immediate voting of new council and presidency.

Current State:
Recently reopened to the world, under-went massive clean-up process spearheaded by Minister Of Enviroment Dr. Lim, Clean-up effort still underway, estimated to take at least 7 decades to clean out most affected areas. All power is provided by last remaining Nuclear Reactor in Marshall Plains(Reactor No.11), President now seeking new alternatives for power. Council has begun immediate process of rebuilding devastated economy and army.

We welcome Endenia back to the world stage, we had begun to worry about the lack of communcation but could not spare anyone to investigate closer during the war.

Deployment of special NBC forces will be delayed untill next week and volunteers will be taken from Aruba to start the initial clean up.

We can guarantee the Endenia goverment that our NBC units are highly trained and posses the latest equipment, we expect the clean up to last several years up to a decade.

15.000 men belonging to the 1st NBC division with logistics personal.

200 men belonging to the 4th NBC division, mainly clean up vehicels.
