After the devestation of the Shadow War, reaping a toll on the argarian province of Lipvinity, and the shifting weather patterns of the Likon continent, Controller Ninel has declared the state in a condition of famine.
Already diseases have begun to spread and malnutrition is rampant on the Lipvinity island, as well as in many sections of the mainland as the harvest fails.
Approximatley after only 1 week of the state of famine already 1,000 people have died.
Controller Ninel has begged for international aid to help feed his people.
