They had worked hard on it. It was almost done. The new gas that was almost guranteed to choke the victim to death by attking his lungs and heart. The death would be painful but short. Zackaroths siencetists have been working on this for months. They tested it on cows, deer and chimps. at first the gas had no effect but later as it was enhanced the creatures suffered horrible deaths. This was so sercet that not even Zackaroths High Leader had any knowledge about it. Maybe because they weren't working with Zackaroth. They were with the old regime that once ruled Zackaroth with an Iron Fist. Now with this gas they would countinue to do so. The gas could be loaded into Planes that sprayed the pestsides on the crops. The gas was beinging loaded for the final test. The city of Hydra....

In Zackaroth's High Tower...

Deep withen the towers many catacombs The real siencetists had made a very acid like substance. They put it in specially made containers that would hold the substance. They had been ready to use this acid on the rebels outside the city of Hydra and would get there chance soon enough...

In the city of hydra...

The small pestcide spraying planes flew over the city spraying the deadley red gas. People who were outside fell in the streets coughing and gagging for air as there eyes watered. People ran out of buildings trying to scream but couldn't. Cars swerved left anf right slamming into people and running over the ones that have fallen. It was pure chaos. Withen 30 minutes the chaos was over and all there was the slience of the dead.


The phone rang in the highest room of the High Tower. A tall man in a long cape picked it up.

" Hello. What??? Hydra has been hit with some sort of bio weapon??? What the hell is going on??? I want Jets patrolling the sky and i want all cities on high alert. Put all cities on lock down and shoot anyone on site if they try to enter or leave the city. Damn it all. Also get all the Archbishops in the Meeting room."

Extra armor to protect the body is noy needed since the gas only is dangerous if breathed in. There is a small Airport in the city Toss and it is reccommened you land there or the small runway strip that is set up by Hydra. either way there will be troops there assist you.

Tioszaea had been undergoing extensive research in the field of biological warfare, and a few prototype weapons had been developed. But it was war; what right had Tioszaea to step in? It was a battle between nations that until this time were almost completely unknown to him..

But Zackaroth seemed to be powerful with its new weapons, though it was in comparison to Tioszaea a smaller nation. With a leader's decisiveness, he pressed the intercom button to Tioszaea's Minister of Foreign Affairs, speaking quickly.

"Have you seen the latest reports? .. Yes? And.. Ah, I see. So you see the opportunity as well. Hmm.. In that case I suggest you send a telegram to Zackaroth immediatly. Tell him we pledge our help."

ooc:if you want to.The "gear" they were talking about is their biosuits which are basically a overall with complete sterility from the outside and have tiny biomechanisms that can tell what the chemical was...most of the time.

"We've got liftoff."Sammy Disoth shouted to the rest of the Black Diamonds, as soon as the reply got in. Whoops and shouts answered him.

"Get to the Choppers and lets go!"Raynor was feeling much nicer today since he was told he and the rest of his team were getting bonusses for this job.
The entire Team of 12 ran to thier 2 SV9-multigrad Choppers, which basically combimed the best featchers of the jet and helochopper. 2 hour later they put down beside the runway in Hydra. They all jumped out and jogged over to a soldier that looked as if he waswaiting for them.

The soilder saulted and Pointed torwads the city that was covered in a red haze. " Sir The gas is a mixture of nerve gases that attk the lungs causing them to brust. The gas does not have any effect on the skin though. Resiestaint is high. Very high. They are taking advantage of the red haze since it really diffucult to see. They have set up mines and traps in city. Ranginging from mines, to bear traps. WE also have a report that we are going to use a acid that will likley kill alot of the restiance. At those times we shall be radioed and told to take shelter.

We will choose to land in the city of Hydra. You may expect around 250 Chinook transport helicopters each carrying 25 men. We will choose a relatively open space near the city of Hydra. The reinforcements that are to follow will surmount to around the same number of men as the first wave, and can be expected the greater portion of seven weeks. The troops themselves are suited up as we see fit in the latest biochemical protective suits, and are equipped with mass-produced rapid-fire rifles and secondary short-range pistols. Some specially trained tactical officers will be carrying miniature biological weapons which releases potent micro-organisms that directly target the muscles, paralyzing the foe(s).

"Ok"He said to the soldier, to his Team he said"people lets get suited up!"23 minutes later 12 body armored well trained armed with Z-pistoles( a type of weapon that penetrates then burts spewing an acid into the offenders body.)ran from building to building taking samples and looking for,and finding, mines and traps, then disarming them.

Suddenly From the tops of buildings # men fire rPgs at the forces. They all hit the ground around thrm setting off mines and traps creating huge explsions killing many of Zackaroth's men just searching around. Then snipers threw the fog starts firing followed by the sounds of auto shotguns and Ak-47's.

" Fire back!!! Use grenades!! We cant see them but we can hear them!!!" said the sarge before his head was blown cleanley off.

"Captain, the Zackarothien men are getting attacked! Do we move to support?" yelled Sammy.
"Yea, where are they?"Jim Raynor leaped over a crashed motercycle.
"Over to the North-east."Sammy said.
"We'll circle around and try to hit the attackers from the side.Oh and Sammy, transmit to the Zackarothien scientists what we've gathered on the bioweapon so far."Raynor said."Ok people lets go!"

Racing to where the Zackarothiens had been before there radios had gone silent the men of black diamond began to hear splutterings of gunfire.

"This way."Raynor said to his team they ducked under a light pole that had almost been leveled by a pickup that had rammed it during it's owners death, then stopped at the corner as they could hear gunfire from around the corner and on top of the roof.

"Up" said Raynor and up they went running over to the ground level door to the house.

"No, not that way" said Brad Pickels "Up the fire escape. They probably expect someone to come bursting through this door."

Raynor made a quick dicision" We go up the fire escape."Running over to stand beneath the ladder that hung above his reach Raynor said"Now!"

Brad broke into a run, darting torward Raynor, who made his hands into a kind of a step. When Brad reached the proper distance he leapedput one foot on the Raynor-made step and flew torward the fire escape.grabbing the bottom rung he held on as inertia kept him going, until the stairwell clanged to a stop fully extended.
"Go, go, go."Raynor said gesturing torward the fire escape.
