I'm not part of the United Nations, but I despratly need help. For quite some time now we have been under seige by a quantum tech nation who can't find us, but would destroy Earth 1 just to desrtoy me! I know that it's just a matter of time and I don't know where else to turn. If he goes through with this thousands of nations would be RPed off the face of the game! I just need your, and as many other nations that you can rally, help. Just make sure that you don't give away my name. He can be found in the area called "Delta Quadrant" with a few other MT nations.

I can't just put a thread in the international incidents! If I do he'll find me in a heartbeat! Besides, I know him personally and he's not going to let me live it down if I just give up, and if I ignore him he'll never shut up!

Why don't you just abandon your people and form a new country? That way we'll all be happy and he'd never have to know your new whereabouts. Earth II perhaps?
