Being under due stress from forming a new Nation, and with the Rebellious Nature of the Heretics, a revolt has occured, killing tens of thousands of military personnel, in the largest revolt in Carkhs history. The heretics of Synerock have departed and been banned from the borders of the Rogue Nation of Carkhs, and heretofor, as stated by this notice, will be killed on sight. We, the Temporary Installment Council, just recently declared the Permanant High Council of Carkhs, under the Divine Leader Haruka Atorp, do hereby declare war on the Armed Republic of Synerock. Protect yourselves, or die heretics!
