Our Economists have classified very few nations as 'Pure Capitalist', and yours is sadly not one of them. We know you to have poured extensive amounts of money into non-profit endeavours numerous times in the past, and see no reason to believe this will change in the near future. Alliance with you is, therefore, impossible for us as there would simply be too much in the way of non-profit baggage for it to be worth our while.
Your support of the 'Ultimate Business Initiative' (religion), and your stance against communists, however, are more than enough reasons for us to hold this alliance in a favourable light. The Pact of Steel is a defensive alliance, since no members have been attacked, nothing has been needed there yet, it's an insurance policy alliance for all members. The WACL is largely a "Watch-dog" alliance, keeping an eye on communism, and it will step in if and when it is deemed necessary.
