From the ashes of the once mighty Republic of Roccor(Players former country),rises the Empire of Etchu,created by General Kenshin in the hopes of preserving the culture of the Republic and national identity of it's people,he also hopes to restore the Golden Age of the former nation,when it was still an empire ruled by Emperor Rezin,who's death triggered a revolution that brought the country into a civil war,turning it into a Republic that eventually came to a decline.
The former allies of the nation would probably not remember the former nation since it had seized to exist along time ago.
General Kenshin was of Roccorian descent,and as a little boy he was told of the greatness of the nation by his grandfather.After he joined the military of the Korsun-Jurian Empire and achieved a respectable rank,he rebelled and took the homelands of the Roccorian from the Empire,which they had attained after the decline.
It was a fierce war,but in the end General Kenshin remained firm and established the Empire of Etchu,the Korsun-Jurian Empire recognized his authority and signed a peace treaty with the Etchu Empire.
Now thousands of people from Roccorian descent flock to this place,their homeland,their nation.
