The Commonwealth Government of Sierra Leone was having problems with rebels. These weren't African rebels, no they were white racist rebels who believed that all of Africa belongs to the "Aryan" race. President Handstand ordered a hunt for the rebels, but something happen.

A small truck parks outside of the Leonese Congress Buliding. Then a blast rocks the street. 10 people die in the bombing of the buliding, the blame is put on the racist rebels. President Handstand orders that no racist rebel be allow to "live", the people know that means none of them will live again.
