The UCTCR has decided to trade sugar, tobacco, construction, nickel, steel, agricultural machinery, pharmaceuticals, and cotton in exchange for crude oil, approximately 600 million barrels per year. (END)

The following document below is a standard agreement that has been used for open trading by Lachenburg and several of her close allies. I suggest we map out a trade agreement based upon this framework.

Article 1: The Confederacy of Lachenburg will employ both airborne and seaborne forms of transportation, to export __ billion USD, worth of Automobiles, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Banking and Infromation Technology to the _______. The _______ will use its own transportation assets to export 50 billion USD of its own products. This exchange will occur over an annual process.

Article 2: Companies involved in the exportation/importation of these goods, have permission to invest funds, within the economies of both nations.

Article 3: The Termination of this document, requires an agreement between both parites. Otherwise, this Act will continue, indefinantley.

Article 4: Failure to continue the exportation of these products, will result in a 150 billion USD fine. This fine may be payed out over a period of 5 years. If one of the participating members cannot afford to export these materials, the other member will loan the remaining amount. This loan must be payed off within 5-10 years.

The initiation of this agreement will provide both nations with the ability to further prosper in the competitive world of economics.
