Ever snice the BORG contact.
It's been decided to put the Fleet on constant Yellow alert.
All military bases are being restaffed, and Sigma Octomus is going on high alert.
The KGB is being given full power. They can do what they want and stalk who they want.
The Anti Borg/Cyborg department is being formed, because of recent threats of attack.
The fruits of this new department will start being seen on StarFleet ships by next year. Anti Borg aroumer is under development. And self desturct packs for all officers are in development.
But for this to happen we need to know more about them.
The KGB has been ordered to track down the new collective, and get deatiled scans. We know they cannot detect us.
Orders to the KGB:
You will find the new collective, get scans, do NOT decloak. You have the new mark III, so nothing they have can detect you.
DO NOT FIRE AT ANY COST! If you are discovred, which you wont be. Even their most advanced sensor nets have no chance of decteing you.

StarFleet Orders:
All ships must be stalkpiled with a full load out of tri cobolt weapons,
I want at least 400 ships gruading it, Only Titans, dont pull out any more tornados.
I want the sheild modulation of the fleet to change on a daily basis.
