The outright blocking of sales is more than a favor for the companies that manufacture these automobiles. Attempting to sell these cars to a populace that will not buy them will only cause a large loss of profic for those companies, therefore the refusal of them is only a natural decision to make, given the fact that the automobiles would no longer be sold in the nation in the first place.
