Capable of holding 100 standard fighters, with a launch rate of 16 per minute under red-alert conditions, using standard catapults. Capable of launching 48 per minute max with "Linear Catapult" arrangement (Electromagnetic launch system). Nuclear powered.

Your battle ship at current cost would cost like 7 billion and with 18 18 inch guns your weighing in at like 110,000 tons (its not just the guns this is a BIG ship)

I've researched the cost, and it holds true to approx. 800 million.

And you're right, maybe the weight is too small, I will correct this.

UHH have you looked at my defenese budget i can afford 50 battleships but since you only 20 ill take those and can you put the other 30 on like a week stand by

Only 20,000 ton difference between standard and full load? Most battleships have closer to a 40,000 ton difference.
750 million? Are you fuckin kidding? It costs billions of dollars to build a ship of that size!
And the turrets have up to 22", yes, but deck and belt armor are going to be significantly less.
Catapults are outdated.
200,000 horsepower is a little light, I think. It takes about that much to achieve 30 knots with a smaller capital ship.

Catapults are outdated, and could not achieve the efficiency you are claiming the ship has in launching planes.
100 planes on side flight decks? That would increase the beam by well over 100 feet, which would make the ship ungainly. Besides which, most of your weapons systems would be rendered useless because you would destroy your one planes and flight deck. Those 18" guns would destroy or kill anything on that flight deck.
1 billion USD is barely enough for a single battleship, nevermind that ... thing.

Yeah well, i already ordered them when they were 800 million WOOT
and i can make my own modifications for a couple billion (stronger engines, more armor)
