OOC: This is between me and Soviet Bloc.

IC:
8:30pm, Jan. 10th, Добродетельный Military Installation:
Soon, the night sky was filled with aircraft. The squadron was small, but meant for strategic bombardment. A group of twenty Mikoyan-71A's were scheduled to take off from Добродетельный MI and cary a route over cleared Communist Rule territory, cleared by his ally, Soviet Bloc. They were then scheduled to cross into Belarus from the east, but they were attacking on the west...

The pilots dorned their G-suits and masks and jumped into their M-71A's...

8:50pm, Jan. 10th, Leaving Добродетельный Airspace:
The M-71A's were cleared to leave Добродетельный airspace. They took off en-route to Minsk, Belarus. They turned north across Communist Rule airspace... It was a tense moment as they passed into a Bolshevik region, them, being Fascist.

9:00pm, Jan. 10th, Belarus Airspace:
The group of twenty seperated into groups of 6, 7, and 8. The group containing six were to bombard Babruysk, Belarus, the farthest target. The group of 7 were to target Mahilyow, Belarus with hardpoints... By far the most prestigious group of the 8 fighters were to bombard Minsk, Belarus...

9:15pm, Jan. 10th, Mahilyow, Belarus:
The group of seven left as the other two departed to their seperate targets. As the Mahilyow defense station picked up the fighter squadron, they immediately fired SAM's toward the nose of the battlegroup. The first 'Fox' was hit and destroyed in air when the missile tore through the fusaloge, instantly vaporising the pilot. The shrapnel fell to a forest outside the city. The remaining six fighters began bombarding the large urban enviroment with hardpoints. The main targets (Police stations, administrative district, commercial district) were hit with only minescule flaws in targeting. The majority of law enforcement offices were destroyed, only one remained in a suburban district. The administrative district, containing the offices, local representatives, etc. were also decimated, total destroying the essential targets within the small space. Lastly, the commercial district was vaporized from the Earth. By 9:25pm all commerce had completely stopped, and wouldn't continue for atleast another three months, if ever...

Casualties:
1 Aircraft (Two crewman)

Injured:
None

Damage:
One Craft (Minor)

9:30, Jan. 10th, Minsk, Belarus:
The most prestigious of the fighter sqaudron broke off to hit the capitol. The squadron was surprising met with little resistence until they drew close to parliment. Patriot SAM's were fired towards the battlegroup, moderately damaging a single craft having to fly at a low atltitude. None-the-less, the Patriot firer was destroyed with a high yield missile destroyed parliment, causing the collapses of two high-rise office buildings around it. The governmental house which was holding a feast for the newly elected head of parliment and prime minster was being held. This made a prime target for the fighters; And they took advantage of it. The governmental palace was destroyed by two hardpoints before the squadron turned back to Добродетельный MI...

Casualties:
None

Injured:
One (Mild burns)

Damage:
One Craft (Moderate)

9:50pm, Jan. 10th, Babruysk, Belarus:
The farthest target from Добродетельный MI was indeed the most difficult. Earlier the day, satelite photos showed the moving of a armored infantry artilery and air defense batteries to a nearby military base. The pilots found this out first hand when a SAM battery fired two missiles into the pack, destroying one craft and moderately damaging another M-71A. Even with the losses, the group plundered on, attacking the mobile infintry and defensive corp. The fighters took out most of the platoon, but due to 'prior engagements', were unable to completely destroy them. But the Fascians made sure the group couldn't call for air-support...

They took out only the administrative and commercial districts of Babruysk before being forced to turn back due to fuel restrictions...

Casualties:
One aircraft (Two pilots)

Injured:
One (Mild burns)

Damaged:
One craft (Moderate)

10:20pm, Jan. 10th, Добродетельный Military Installation:
A group of three B-52 bombers awaited orders for a midnight raid on Minsk and the nearby Hara military base. Two of the B-52's were armed with MOAB. high yield, conventional munitions, while the last was armed with modified carpet bombing ordinance to carpet the entire Hara MI with explosive munitions and flatten the opposition.

Also waiting in two hangers were transport craft with paratroopers at the standby. It was only a matter of time before they were activated and issued to fight the resistence...

OOC: Bump for Soviet Bloc
Soviet Bloc

The operation was risky but most command elements in the ARSB military had figured that Belarussian defenses would be primed in the West. The East, however, was wide open to attack. And ARSB forces would make sure that Belarus realized their grievous mistake.

At 0400 on 11 January, Soviet Bloc forces descended from the sky into the eastern plains of Belarus, east of the Dnieper River. The forces were dropped from C-214, MC-214, and C-380D transports, escorted by numerous fighter aircraft, from relatively high altitudes. All the forces dropped were part of the 17th Airborne Mechanized Infantry Division, its fifteen-thousand members fully outfitted with the VEPR S2A2 System (Modified S2 system with DNI and without physical attribute acceleration). Also dropping in were an elite cadre of the Black Berets, roughly two hundred, and all fully outfitted with their fearsome VEPR NGCS infantry combat systems (with muscle acceleration, direct nueral interface, modified helmet, pitch black uniform, and with their 8in tungsten carbide blade). Along with them were nearly a hundred T-05As, nearly two hundred SV-90s (airborne infantry fighting vehicle; wheeled; with 60mm ETC cannon; 20mm ETC mini-turret cannon) and about a hundred SIV-11 IFVs (air defenes, mobile gun systems, command, scout, etc.). Also included were dozens of NV-05 utility vehicles (some with remote control gun turrets, MGs, or ATGM launchers). A few battalions from another airborne infantry division also dropped in.

The forces landed along a staggered line stretching from the Ukrainian border, east of Dnieper, all the way up to Vitsyebsk. The strongest concentration of forces were dropped directly east of Babruysk, just on the other side of the Dnieper.

No skirmishes or gunfire was reported as the forces landed, under the cover of the night. However, two battalions of airborne infantry from the 23rd Airborne Infantry Division, moved to the east, securing the portions of land between their drop zone and the Russian border. Resistance was weak and local, with only minor farm villages, and a few small outposts in the wilderness. However, some fighting was reported and a dozen airborne infantrymen fell victim to Belarussian small arms fire.

The rest of the forces, poised to move west (except for a few hundred, which would maneuver north west), set a goal for the Dnieper river before the first hints of sunlight arrived. The first objective was to capture everything east of the Dnieper, then gradually move west until they met FC's forces, roughly around Minsk.

The operation to take the area east of the Dnieper was easily completed before dawn. Soviet Bloc light armored forces smashed the light Belarussian defenses, especially with their poorly trained forces and export vehicles (which lacked advanced Russian night vision, infrared, etc.). Belarussian T-62s, T-72s, and T-80s were wiped away by ATGMs fired from the T-05A airborne tank and the Belarussian infantry and light vehicles (including IFVs and APCs) met their match with the SV-90, which overwhelmed any opponent with its sheer firepower and capability. ARSB infantry forces, outfitted with the VEPR S2A2 had free-reign over the poorly trained and equipped Belarussian forces, who would mostly scatter in fear when fired at through the darkness of the early morning. Soviet Bloc forces suffered only a handful of casualties, four infantrymen being killed in a fierce gun-battle along the Dnieper's shore. Another infantryman was killed when the tank he was about to fire at with his ATGM managed to shoot first.

By 0800 in the morning, everything east of the Dnieper was secured, as there was little Belarussian infantry or military present. Also, everything around and east of Vitsyebsk was in ARSB hands. As operations continued, ARSB air assets would be called in to pacify any resistance, as there was likely to be much now that they moved into the Belarussian heartland.

By 0700 hours, Fascian mobile infantry had landed near Babyrusk and Minsk. Hessian special forces squadrons were deployed on the western banks of the Dnieper to secure rural homesteads. Babyrusk was taken in roughly an hour with minimal damage and only three casualties.

Fascian F-80 'Cleaver' tanks had also been deployed at Brest with two Heer divisions. Pinsk was bombarded with MOAB explosives and toppled to the tattered terra-firma after police opposition forces had formed.

By 0900 hours, the Fascian military recieved word that Soviet Bloc had siezed their predestined landmass that was given to them in exchange for military support. A message was immediately sent directly from the Czar:

I thank you, Viktor, your Soviet support has been greatful. We owe you our thanks and blessing for your help and support. We hope that all the families of those lost in the Belarussian Campaign be comforted that their children died for a noble cause.

Sincerely,
Czar Charles Hayden

Secret: Minsk:
By 1000 hours, Minsk was taken and the area west of the Dnieper and the Latvian-Belarussian-Russian border was in Fascian hands, the those east of the area, in Soviet. This came about by a nationwide cease fire ordered by the Belarussian President, Aleksandr Lukashenko

Several hours after the nationwide surrender and occupation of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, Sergey Sidorsky, and their families, were publicly executed by firing squad, along with the ministers, head generals, and the like. Each of the head Belarussian corpses where then dumped into a make-shift creamtorium manufactored on-sight, four miles outside of Minsk.

A nation wide apartheid was introduced, banning all Belarussian Whites and ethnics to mingle in the private and public areas. Homosexuality and marriage was banned, along with abortions, political parties, labor unions, etc. The state of Belarus was then split into two sectors: East Belarus, and West Belarus. The Eastern Portion was under total Soviet control, and the West Fascist...

The Czar also introduced the new Govenor-General of West Belarus: Bernhard Axmann. Bernhard later issued the reknowned Order 101 Act, stating the formation of a wall around the entire perimeter of West Belarus. West Belarus was also now protected under the Territorial Protection Act, not to mention, all of the laws of The Confederacy and it's oblasts...
