Fellow free nations

As I talk to you, Belgium is about to leave our number. That is, it will no longer be a free nation. The imperialistic nation of Pratoniea is attempting to annex it with no provocation at all. I hope all those who value freedom and soveringity will here this cry and attemt to defend Belgium from the wrath of the imperalistic Pratonians. We seek millitary allies to help us stop this travesty of an unjustified invasion.

We cannot believe that Praetonia will make the Belgians a unfree people. We're sure that the people of Belgium will have a great benefit from being a part of Praetonia. Their economy will boost as the export from Belgium will increase.

The Kingdom of Kopparbergs recognizes Belgium as a part of the Praetonian empire. We look forward to establish diplomatic connections with them.

Praetonia treats all its colonies and other lands it owns fairly, allowing them to send representatives to the Praetonian Parliment and so doing allows them to co-govern the entire Empire of Praetonia.

I'd say the people of Belgium are better off under Praetonia then anyone else.

Praetonia, being one of our staunchest allies, is not one to treat its citizens unfairly, and can be trusted with the addition of Belgium to its own territory. Any military action taken against Praetonia by Neo Cannen or any of its allies will be met with a devastating force, as we will defend our allies at all costs.
