Formation of the Central Eurasian Pact

Jupp Link, senior diplomat of Intelligent Neighbors, has today sent a message to it's close neighbors in Earth III; DontPissUsOff, Grays Hill and Kalmykhia.

The message reads:

Greetings to our neighbors, we wish you well and request that you take time to consider this proposal.

We are interested in forming a pact within the nations in the central Eurasian area, with the goal of increasing trade and security within the nations that join. The pact would focus on building a better infrastructure within the area, such as digging canals to connect inland nations to the sea.

There would be improved trade, with the uranium and oil rich deposits found in the area being used to acquire funds, which in turn could be used to found the improvement and security of the area. Military access may be granted in limited areas, to allow better movement of forces to counter threats.

We are interested in the opinions of the nations concerned, and would like to know if any of them would be interested in the formation of this pact for the good of all.

Grays Hill is very interested in this Pact, as we are positioned in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and are currently annexing Pakistan.

Good. This pact will see all involved gain from better trade and a sense of security. Oil and uranium are big earners, and the region of the world has a lot of these materials.

Industry projects will be undertaken, and specialists from each country can work together to produce new technological advances.

Green Sun, although we do not have a claim in Europe other than an embassy in Ireland, will assure any trade headed to the Americas will make it to their destination safely.

The Golencian Empire aswell is interested in this pact. We are taking India and own several European lands. However we plan to extend our hand in Asia and let go of Europe.

The Kalmykh Government is in favour of entering into this pact, with the aim of increasing our nations' power and economies'. In the future, our armies should exercise together, so as to increase international co-operation. We further propose that we should form an international peace-keeping force, which would be deployed to foreign nations that need our support. As of now, the Kalmykh government is abolishing tariffs on all goods imported from Intelligent Neighbours and Grays Hill, and will extend the courtesy to DontPissUsOff when they also sign up. Citizens of these two nations may also enter Kalmykhia for up to ninety days for tourism or business matters without a visa.
