OOC:I got the idea for this RP when a friend of mine who has been on NS for a while mentioned about a whole acigoo weapon dillema that occured that blew over like a year ago so i thought its reawaken would be a great RP.

Premier Stavros sits in his office illuminated by candlelight, in walks a military officer and quickly hands a slip of paper to the Premier.

Stavros:So, Argentina is now ours, our empire is growing Comisar.

Comisar:Yes sir, the operation went without a hitch, soon South America will be ours.

Stavros:Yes but, our armys are weakened, we cannot defend ourselves in a full scale invasion, therefore, I asked you to retrieve that vial. Did you obtain it?

Its a guide on acigoo, I am going to watch this situation carefully but take no action, I fought in the Egyptstan conflict and saw the destructive force of acigoo firsthand, no way im getting involved iin it.

OCC: Its MT, and as far as I am aware its open to all Earths, however i think you have to Talk to Vizion before Claiming u have some and want to RP with it. Also there is no known way to store this Stuff.... So basically you have some problems storing it as it is without the other Problems that it contains.

OOC: Personally I concider "Acigoo" to be pretty ignorable to begin with due to the rather unrealistic qualities people seem to attach to the substance while claiming it's modern tech (ignoring the fact that "Modern Technology" for Nationstates is defined as technology and substances we have today).

However, this doesn't stop people roleplaying with the substance itself... I'm just stating that it's not something I would concider modern technology (seeing as we don't have Acigoo in real life) and personally wouldn't acknowledge because it doesn't seem to follow physics in the slightest.

OOC: Hmm, well, a couple friends on mine and I were going to do this in a while (though ours was gonna be invite/semi-closed only)... but oh well, you guys can RP it if ya ask me... Besides, I'm pretty much inactive on NS these days w/ college, and prob will be for another month or so...

Iuthia, remember that Acigoo is pretty much borderlining, but alotta people do like RPing with it, people such as me... adds a bit of a twist to RPing in MT, especially when things get dull... ;)

EDIT: OH! Almost forgot... there's only 2 ways of containing it... 1 is via the special vacuum that's holding it... but only can hold a small amount of it... the second... well, that's been kinda forgotten...

Whittier wishes to inquire how much it would cost to acquire a vial of this acigoo stuff.

OOC:The vial was a small sample of acigoo, suspended in solution, I kinda came up with the idea of it being suspended in solution, possibly the lack of oxygen and the chemicals in a solution, it would stop the spread, the missiles and shell being outfitted with acigoo have small vacummed head were the acigoo is being stored.

IC:Stavros looked amongst the scattered documents on his office, one of which was from Whittier, a nation which Brazil has been eager to open relations with.

"Well this is interesting" scoffed the Premier as he quickly jotted down a telegram.

Statement To Whittier:

We the Brazilian Goverment need to ensure that the acigoo trade would benefit Brazil, the operations used to obtain what little amount we have was both costly and risky and of course proper compensation would be needed, we ask for military assistance in our upcoming campaign on Chile, thats the only deal we can make, anything less is unacceptable. The Premier smiled at his message then ordered it to be sent.

After making sure everything was in order for the day, he leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes. No sooner had he drifted off, an officer burst into the office, madly waving a report.

The Premier snapped awake, read the report and cursed loudly, it appeared that before the Brazilian Army could attack, a Chile Invasion had already occured, the Brazilian Army was gorssly spread out in Aregentina and were not prepared to handle the invasion. The officer half expected for the premier to throw a fit, but instead Stavros merely scoffed.

"I think its time we used our new hardware", smiled Stavros.

Gasp! "But sir, we cant just use them like they were bullets, they could cuase seriou....."

"Are you questioning ME!", yelled the premier.

Western Argentina-Harcha AFB

The control was abuzz, men were rushing back and forth, most holding documents and bits of paper. Radios were abuzz with the chatter of Infantry Groups desperatly asking for air support, the AFB was working on limited planes, most had been shot down during the suppresion of Argentina, yet they were sending what they could.

Colonel Savara, was growing tired of the constant yelleing and screaming of the control room, and decide to take a stroll of the grounds. He took inspection, going an a slow pace, in no hurry to return to the Control Room, for fun he drilled some Cadets, and assisted a man in stocking up a MIG. As he was walking back to the CR, he noticed 3 MIGS being outfitted, there pilots proudly standing next to them. The Colonel loved to leave an impresiion on the pilots and walked over to wish them luck, as he was approuching he saw each plane outfitted with 2 missiles each, all the missiles heads were painted with green squares, curious the Colonel asked one of the outfitters what they meant.

"Well sir, said one of the men, these are, acigoo missiles, we got permission from the premier to use them, and damnit we got soldiers to save."

Afriad the colonel didnt say much, he knew they had these weapons but he never expected they would be used. He quickly saluted the men, and ran out of the hanger as fast as he could.

With there planes now outfitted, the pilots quickly boarded there aircrafts, and took-off, in bound for another battle part between a desperate Brazilian troop and Chile forces. Now usually a pilot is afriad of there enemys, but these certain pilots were afraid of there armament, they heard of the power of these weapons, and they knew that the arean they were bombing chances are woudnt be occupyable or livible for that matter for months or maybe years, but to save there comrades, they were willing to use them. As they approuched to the battle, there radios quickly went crazy with pleas of help from the ground forces, the pilots orders to the the ground forces to retreat went unheard as 2 of the planes dropped there cargo on the marked area, instantly the acigoo took effect, the shell exploded spraying there green contents amongst the ground, the grass underfoot turned brown anbd caught fire, men both Brazilian and Chile burned instantly, there bodies burned and mutated from the blast, trees near the area died from the contamination in the soil, and the area under the bombs turn cold, dark, and dead.

"Oh MY God", screamed one of the pilots as she witnessed the destruction, I cant, oh my god!, "unable to watch, she blasted her MIGS engines and gunned back for base, her wingman behind her. The remaining aircrafts circled in for his attack run, scared Brazilian soldiers, after witnessing the destruction from the last wave, fired at the plane hitting it in the wing, the pilot had no option but to ditch the plane, the pilot was able to parachute from the plane succesfully however as the plane hit the ground, the vacuum seal of the missiles broke, quickly acigoo blew out from the pressure, quickly the wing of the plane was devoured, as the acigoo beagn to burn the remaining sections of the plane and ground, the pilot, who has escaped was fired upon and killed by Argentina soldiers who has survived the bombardment, but they were contaminated, and soon began to die, there faces and skin horribly mutated and deformed, the 5 miles of land the battle took place in mere seconds was rendered untouchable.

After reviewing the data from several other nations, the Whittier government will not allow planes carrying Acigoo into its airspace. We must request the Brazilian plane turn around or be shot down.

Whittier will sign a convention to bar the spread of acigoo to nation's that don't already have it.
Though we would still like a vial so we can take to one of our colonies in space for experimentation that way we could try to find some way to destroy the stuff. One of our asteroids should suffice and it should prevent it from going to any of the other worlds in our system.

OOC: Borderlining? How can a mystery substance which comes from space be concidered "borderline" modern technology? As a storyline it's reasonable to assume it can happen in a modern technology universe as a story... however that doesn't mean it's a modern technology because quite frankly it's a made up substance like naquita (sp) and it doesn't really make much sense.

I can understand RPing it as a disaster... but when you are talking "Acigoo Weapon Research" it's something which couldn't plausably be used as a weapon and still remain modern technology because it would be developing technology which simply doesn't and couldn't exist in any normal MT universe...

Yes, as an agreed plot device, no as a actual modern technology otherwise.

In addition 1200 Tomohawk Cruise missiles have been fired from Whittier's fleets in the area.

"Sir!" screamed a young Officer as he burst into the Premiers office.

Stavros looked up at the officer, he was shaking, nervous he seemed, something was wrong.

"Sir, srry to burst in on you, but well, radio operators at Mandora AFB just revieved a radio transmission from our regrouping forces in Argentina. The officer quickly pulled out a tape player and pressed the play button.

*static*Mayday! This is Lieutenant Koki of the 21st Brazilian Infantry Division, the Chile forces have launched a surprise attack on our position, we *explosian sound* outnumbered, we request reinforcements, *various war sounds in backround* were not going to make it, damnit Sane use your hand grenade, we dont, *out of breath* damnit.....*static*.

"Are you kidding me *sigh*, said Stavros longily rubbing his head

"The radio was able to track there position, sir, I may be a low ranking officer, but, I think its time we use our weapons. grimly said the officer.

Stavros just nodded slowly, "give the order", and off the officer ran.

Mezda AFB, 20 Miles from Chile Border, 05:00

Colonel Harvati was always an early riser, already he was up, dressed, and on his way to take his daily inspection of his beloved AFB, he passed by a group of Cadets practicing marching, 2 officers argueing over which TV shows were better, and one of the Aircraft Hangers, inside, MIGs were being readied for a mission, the Colonel loved to wish his pilots well so he walked inside to inspect. One of the pilots saw him and yelled "Hanger Tin-Hut", and quickly all the men stood at attention. "At Ease", the Colonel said as the men went back to there dutys.

The Colonel had walked in on one of the final processes of the planes preperations, arming, in came the trollys loaded with UGBs, UGBs of which the Colonel didnt reconize, they were wierd in strucutre, skinny in back, fat on top, the front looked like something from a future movie, and on the shaft was painted a huge green square.

"You there, what are these", asked the Colonel to one of the pilots.
"Oh, those are the new UGB-77 "A", said one of the pilots.
"Huh, never heard of it", chuckled the Colonel

2 of the pilots shared glances at eachother, as the 3rd pilot spoke "Well sir, these are the new Acigoo weapons, our soldiers need air support and we have been ordered to use these"

The Colonel went wide eyed, and took a glance at the bombs, a strange almost evil Aura was coming from them, the Colonel was curious. "Um, how is it being stored" asked the Colonel perplexed.

One of the men tapped the front of one of the bombs "the wierd looking thing in the front is a vaccum seal, when it breaks, ya know becuase of it hitting the ground, Acigoo explodes into opposite derections, that stuff apparently will eat anything within a 100 yards or so of it."

The Colonel, was frightened, he knew they had the weapons but never fanthomed they would use it, he quickly saluted the men, and quickly walked out of the hangers.

The 4 planes were on the runway, they were the Okan Flight from the 877nd Tatical Assualt Squadron, there mission was to attack enemy positions in Argentina and provide close air support for regrouping soldiers.

"All Systems Go, Fuel Good, Canopy Sealed, alrite boys"....unfinished the Captain

*cough* interupted the female pilot of the group

"Uh, and Girls, were gonna make this short and sweet, we drop our payload, squeeze of a few rounds, and were gone, I dont wanna stick around long after this stuff hits. Okay take off and fly in Echolen, Lt Katsa, you fly my cover."

Off the flight went, onward to there combat zone. After only 21 minutes of flying, there were were they need to be.

"Okay, into attack formation , you three drop your payload, I go around and hit afterwards."

Quickly the 3 planes descended upon the zone, down below, Brazilian Forces were being pinned down by Chile fire, dead bodys already were piled in the combat zone.

"Dam there too close, all ground troops retreat South so we can help you", yelled the Captain, however the message never made it, the first 3 dropped there acigoo bombs, they gently floated down and hit the Earth erupting in a blinding green light, everything within 100 yards of the bomb was gone, who were extremely close were obliterated, those who felt the explosian were horribly burned, there bodys mutated and horribly disfigured, grass around the area turned brown, and trees around the area died. On the dead ground, small droplets of acigoo sat, evily glowing, extremely slowly expanding.

"Holy Shit!, yelled one of the pilots, we hit Brazilioan troops, did you see the explosian, just OMG.

Confused Brazilians along with enragd and frightened Chile soldiers fired on the aircraft, the Captain who had passed around to drop his payload, was hit in the canopy, the bullet grazed his chest, he tryed valianlty but lost control of the aircrafts which sputtered and hit the ground, BOOM!, the planes payload exploded, incineratating the plane and killed all living thing within 100 yards of it.

Every soldier, both Chile, and Brazilian on the ground was no dead, there bodys either completly incinerated or horribly mutated. The land had become brown and dead, chances are now unliavle, and small acigoo droplets were slowly expanding on the ground, the acigoo weapons had done what they were meant to do, but the consequences wre to be far more severe.

The 4 planes were on the runway, they were the Okan Flight from the 877nd Tatical Assualt Squadron, there mission was to attack enemy positions in Argentina and provide close air support for regrouping soldiers.

"All Systems Go, Fuel Good, Canopy Sealed, alrite boys"....unfinished the Captain

"Uh, and Girls, were gonna make this short and sweet, we drop our payload, squeeze of a few rounds, and were gone, I dont wanna stick around long after this stuff hits. Okay take off and fly in Echolen, Lt Katsa, you fly my cover."

Off the flight went, onward to there combat zone. After only 21 minutes of flying, there were were they need to be.

"Okay, into attack formation , you three drop your payload, I go around and hit afterwards."

Quickly the 3 planes descended upon the zone, down below, Brazilian Forces were being pinned down by Chile fire, dead bodys already were piled in the combat zone.

"Dam there too close, all ground troops retreat South so we can help you", yelled the Captain, however the message never made it, the first 3 dropped there acigoo bombs, they gently floated down and hit the Earth erupting in a blinding green light, everything within 100 yards of the bomb was gone, who were extremely close were obliterated, those who felt the explosian were horribly burned, there bodys mutated and horribly disfigured, grass around the area turned brown, and trees around the area died. On the dead ground, small droplets of acigoo sat, evily glowing, extremely slowly expanding.

"Holy Shit!, yelled one of the pilots, we hit Brazilioan troops, did you see the explosian, just OMG.

Confused Brazilians along with enragd and frightened Chile soldiers fired on the aircraft, the Captain who had passed around to drop his payload, was hit in the canopy, the bullet grazed his chest, he tryed valianlty but lost control of the aircrafts which sputtered and hit the ground, BOOM!, the planes payload exploded, incineratating the plane and killed all living thing within 100 yards of it.

Every soldier, both Chile, and Brazilian on the ground was no dead, there bodys either completly incinerated or horribly mutated. The land had become brown and dead, chances are now unliavle, and small acigoo droplets were slowly expanding on the ground, the acigoo weapons had done what they were meant to do, but the consequences wre to be far more severe.

After the recent launch of the acigoo weapon the military has been permited to use all it's equipment to end this threat. As you read this message 37 ICBMs are being launched at diffrent times several of them carrying nuclear warheads. You have brought this upon yourself and now you must pay the price. As he spoke crews rushed to arm the planes below decks and then send them up to be launched while the fleet prepared to change its course to get a firing solution on Novaya Brazil.

In the shooban jungles silo doors opened as the Empire's nuclear might came to power. Some prick had denied demands and now they would pay. The white tips shone on 100 ICBMs as tehy made their way out of their silos and towards Novaya Brazil. Then the doors opened once more as another volley of 156 ICBMs made their path to Novaya Brazil, but these were not normal, no each missile in this batch had Chemical or Biological weapons in them.

56 of the biological/chemical ICBM were targeted for Novaya Brazil capital and it was assured that some would hit. The rest were targeted for dense areas, Acigoo storage facilities, and military compounds.

It falls, so while anti-gravity can't contain it - for some reason - there's every reason for gravitic effectors to work. I've a few ships with gravy guns that can hit it with some pretty obscene gravitational gradiants, so reducing it to a harmless spray of subatomic particals should be quite easy, and effectoring it into space even more so.

It also seems to operate via chemical reactions, and we have two unique material types that are chemicly unreactive - one of 'em for which chemical reactions are physicly impossible.

And if it's organic-based, I've got a couple inventive toys to try, like my necrotising cascade.

OOC- Yeah well i don't understand the masive nukeage but really oh well. I never said i was nuking him just getting a firing solution on him to bombardh im with missiles. Should invade i would say not nuke it since if acigoo is loose well nice job making it grow so fast.

OOC: Well he doesn't seem to be following what acigoo is so far. By now hundreds of his men would be dead, reports would be pouring in from all over asking for help fighting green blobs. Riots would be breaking out and his governmnent would be in shambles.
