MS Laws Altered In Regards To Female Leadership Status

Decisive Action

"This is Czar Roger Fabus, speaking via the White Peoples Radio and Television Network, I believe perhaps for the first time since I took ill and Alice had to assume all the roles of leadership for the Federation. I would first like to assuage your fears that I have any serious illnesses or lingering conditions that will preclude my being your Czar and leading effectively and competently. I am in perfect health, due largely to the opportunity I had to rest and regain my health while my loyal and faithful wife, the Czarina, Alice Fabus, ran the nation as the holder of the power of decree."

Roger paused for a second, and turned to smile at Alice, she smiled back. He then continued.

"Since the Czarina has clearly demonstrated her abilities to effectively manage government affairs, I am going to, upon the official ceremony to commemorate my return as decree holder, issue a decree which will alter some of our laws. I will be granting the Czarina a permanent secondary decree status, while I shall hold the standard permanent decree status that will then become the permanent ultimate decree status. This way the Czarina will be able to provide a more active role in the government which she is so eager to see prosper and has already done much to help see it on that way."

"I have absolute faith and trust in my wife, Alice, to be able to manage the duties and responsibilities inherent with such a powerful status as a permanent decree holder. Indeed there has only ever been one decree holder in the Federation. But I am certain that the Czarina has more than proven her dedication, determination, and sincere desire to help guide Mississippi into an era of unparalleled prosperity."

"That is all, good night, and God Bless."

Once the cameras were off, Roger picked up Alice into his arms and she pressed her lips against his, whispering to him between kisses, "I love you dear, I won't let you down, ever."

Roger smiled, leaning a bit more into the kiss, saying back, "I love you too dear, and you've never let me down, you're the best woman in the world for me and for Mississippi. I'm glad to have you as my Czarina."

"This is not anything for so-called equal rights. This is not some crazy womens liberation crap, this is about Roger trusting me to help him rule."

I congratulate my brother's son on his decision, and wish my nephews wife a wonderful and prosperous dual-reign. Czarina Fabus, your husband has been a most effective and honorable Czar, I'am sure, you will be a great counterpart in his rule.

Sincerely,

ooc: sorry, I couldn't resist this.

We'd like to offer our congratulations to the nation of Decisive Action for taking these brave strides into a world of gender equality. Said nation, always willing to embrace such wonderful ideologies as socialism, has now made the nessercery preparations to establishing a feminist society. That men and women are now viewed as equal in the eyes of the law is a blow against prejudice, a blow against gender aparthied, and a gift towards the future. God bless Decisive Action, a land where any person can walk tall and free, regardless of their race, gender, wealth, creed or colour.

"When did anybody say anything about gender equality? As we've already made it clear, we're a patriarchal society. This has nothing to do with anything of your false notions of so-called equality. What talk is this of feminism? Perhaps you missed our witch trials a ways back when we burned all the feminists..."

Czarina Alice Fabus

"Let me clear something up for all of you, what exactly is going on here. The law does not read, "Women may hold a power of decree" the law was edited with the addition of "Alice Fabus may hold a power of decree". Thus this is not some crap dealing with so-called feminism and gender agitation, this is just my way of rewarding my wife for an excellent job while I was absent from due to ill-health."
