I, Sam Fabus, Czar of Kahta, outlaw the use of thug and gangster English within the boundries of Kahta. This language is to be defined is: A style of speech associated with urban street gangs and characterized by violent, tough-talking, often misogynistic phrases. An example of someone speaking in "thug" is attached.
