Decisive Action

Mississippian Commonwealth Senate officials discussing matters of great importance at the Federation Senate Command building in Jackson City in Mississippi decided to build a new city in South Africa.
They soon decided the city would 15 miles wide by 40 miles long, and would be ready to receive upwards of 40 million white settlers from Mississippi, other Commonwealth nations, and the world. The goal being a drastic increase in the white population of Mississippian Southern Africa.
They announced the decision over the radio, in the following announcement.
"This is William Fabus, the governor-general of South Africa, with a very important announcement to make. We are soon going to start building a new city here in South Africa. The city will be located between Durban and East London, on the coast. The name of the city will be Alice. Alice, South Africa. This construction project will take at between one and five years to fully complete and it will cost an estimated 800 billion dollars, to be funded largely with Commonwealth funds, but partially with private donations and Federal grants. As for the labor, there will be no jobs for non-whites in construction of the city lest they purposely sabotage the effort. The exception will be that Zulu peoples will be allowed to work under the supervision of whites, but no Xhosa will be allowed. Wages paid will vary with performance but no workers will be taken advantage of. I look forward to the ground breaking ceremony which will come in a few days."
