The East Coast Federation is shipping 90 High Yeild Nuclear ICBMs complete with software allowing the missles to evade some of the more low end anti missle systems.
They will be arriving shortly,

I can understand 20 or 30, but not 90.
Of course, you could create a thermonuclear weapon with the potential of having an infinate yield. But thats a whole different ball park.

Ask Automagfreek - his HOUNDS are basically orbital-nuclear cluster bombs. I'm not sure, but I believe they are well in excess of 100 mt.
