ooc: Roach Busters: Vietnamese refugees might flee into your nation. TG me if that's the case.

Pwnage troops, lined up across the southern border of the People's Republic of MassPwnage readied themselves. South Vietnam was too long an indepedent nation, as was Cambodia. Time to dispense a brutal smackdown.

21 divisions of Pathfinders and Skorpions moved into South Vietnam, aided by only grav bikes and light APCs for transport and by the Pwnage airforce, flying round the clock out of Hainan island and North Vietnam. Another 20 divisions of Skorpions, and 10 divisions of Pathfinders moved into Cambodia as well.

Anyone trying to flee into Laos would be shot, as the People's Republic made a deal with the Laotians previous to the invasion. Things were running smoothly.

The South Vietnamese Army fell back rapidly, being pushed by back the numbers and sheer skill of the Pathfinder corps. Troops were being killed by the hundreds, even through tanks and bunkers. The Pathfinders were impossibly good shots with their railguns. Cities were taken by bombardment and by the rapid, thorough work of the Skorpion Raider Corps. Casualities among the civilians were huge, although many fled by boat to other lands before the Pwnage troops came.

Meanwhile, in Cambodia, Angkor Wat suffered heavy damage due to incredibly heavy fighting in the ruins, but the Skorpions managed to take and hold it. The Pwnage troops were ready to move into Phnom Penh. This was going REALLY well.

The Pathfinders pushed down to within 10 miles of Ho Chi Minh city, meanwhile, the Cambodians were offering heavy resistance to the Skorpions in Phnom Penh. The urban fighting there was brutal.

South Vietnam capitulated. It had nowhere left to run.
Meanwhile, a few divisions of Pathfinders from the South Vietnamese theater were diverted to Cambodia, destroying Cambodian divisions in southern Cambodia and encircling Phnom Penh.

The Cambodians were doomed, but they would fight to their last.

The Cambodians were finished. The last of them fell to a hail of railgun slugs. Not bad. Time to consolidate Pwnage conquests. These were probably going to be the last for a while.
