OOC: create a person and have fun.
In Belgrade, there's a large buliding. The buliding is the Yugoslavian Military School, it's where the Yugoslavian Republic Military trains it's newest officers. Today is a special day, leaders and VIPs from other nations can vist this fine schhol. The school's dean, Colonel General Viktor Fargesky was watching the cadets run around preparing the school for the event. He thinks to himself "I hope some people come or the President himself will have to pay for this."
