Whittier no longer exists as a seperate nation but is now just a small part of the Union of People's Republics.
The UPR government will be seeking diplomatic relations shortly once the new government is in office. (4 NS months). The governments involved in the integration are working cooperatively. This will be the last time Brezhnekov addresses the world as the leader of the independent state of Whittier as the new Constitution of the newly integrated UPR bars the current leaders of all the nations involved from seeking the Presidency of the new government. With the implementation of the Integration Treaty, Brezhnekov will be resigning from the Secretary Generalship of Whittier effective tonight at 7pm Western Time. He will be replaced with Interim UPR President Colin Powell.

Due to problems with the previous Qatari regime, Whittier welcomes the intervention by Grays Hill in said country and hopes that law and order will be restored to Qatar. Whittier pledges to assist Grays Hill and Truitt in bringing law and order out of the chaos that has reigned freely in the lands of Qatar, Yemen, and UAE.

We are invading Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina, and soon enough, Brazil in a conquest to conquer most of South America.

We need some people to RP Argentina as I want them to be the hardest to fall next to Brazil and give myself (being the lead Southern Invasionary force) someone to RP with.

Praetonia, I would like to call your attention to the fact that Witzgall has ceded his three northeasternmost Italian provinces to me (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=376175&page=37&pp=15) (post 546). This has not yet been reflected in the European map.
I've been trying to load a revised image of the map for you (so you don't have to find the exact provincial borders), but apparently I'm not tech-savvy enough to get the damn image out of Photoshop (in either GIF, JPG, or BMP formats) and into the post. My apologies.

I was wondering if anyone would like to become involved in my ongoing thread on the invasion of the Ukraine, Slovakia & Moldova in Europe. This has serious implications for the other powers present in the region, as the Ukraine has plentiful supplies of Coal, Gas and Oil, which, once Hrstrovokian control has been established, will stop being exported for international consumption. Hey guys, I won't be able to do any maps starting last Friday for at least a week or two due to RL problems I am experiancing that limits my times on the computer, which I am sorry to say, maybe less than five hours a week (usually I got five hours a day).

Florida: Taiwanese Islands has taken it.

Haiti: Risbanian Forces pulled back and established a colony on abandoned Haiti, after cleaning up after a paint-bomb dropped by Truitt. Haiti is now a Risban Imperial Colony.

Sardinia: Risban Forces are invading the southern half of the island and have succesfully captured the capital of Cagliari. The southern coastline has fallen to Risban as well. Praetonia is invading the northern half. There is a informal agreement between the two nations to split the island, much like how Cyprus is split.
