The Grand Emperor Refizul Aufbau of The Imperium of Depths officially requested a meeting with the leader of Infinacy to discuss a possible alliance and non-aggression pact.

The terms of the alliance would include the following:
1. If either nation is attacked, the other will respond with military assistance.
2. Trade between the two nation will be held on a regular basis.
3. Citizens of both countries will be allowed to enter both respective countries at any time.
4. The two nations are to support one another in the most ways possible, when called upon.
5. There are to be no hostilities between the two nations as long as the agreement still stands.
