Pushka launcehs a series of satelites

We ordered Pushkan Ministry of Space, which leads the Pushkan Spca Program, to send 6 satelites into orbit, those satelites will have different functions. Four of them will be used to provide full radar covereage over Pushka, other 3 are for purpose which will not be released to the public at this time.
Funds commited: 70 billion USD
We congratulate the nation of Pushka on their entry into space. We hope they will make use of their new-found technology to the benefit of ther people.
Cotland offers its congratulations to Pushka, and hope that this will mark a new age of peace and increase the already existing friendship between Cotland and Pushka.

We of the Republic of Morgenorete would like to congratulate Pushka on its advance to the fronteir of space, and hope they use this new advance to aid their people. We formally request deisclosure of any possible offensive weapons systems onboard your satilites. We recognise that we have no authroity in the matter, but we feel it would reasure our people and the peoples of the world to know that there are no weapons onboard these sattelites. Disclosure would also go a long way to improve the relatons between our two countries. We applaud the daring and ingenuity of your people, and hope we can have a mutally profitable relationship. If you do not wish to disclose this information publicly, please telegram Morgenroete Department of State, and I personally promise the information will stay confidential, pending an immediate threat to Morgenroeteian security.

"Our satellite network is detecting a launch of several unidentified objects into orbit over Puska."
"What are they?"
"They don't appear to be hostile in nature. No detection of targeting systems or radar arrays in a military sense. They also are staying on course and not diverting itno offensive manuvers."
"Aid!" barked the Major, "Get me the Czar!"
Over the next ten minutes, the Major told the Czar of the situation and that to their knowledge, the launch was not hostile. Yet, the Czar still stated to keep an eye on further aerospace technology launches from Pushka...

OOC: ah, guys, i have already launched satelites before, including my solar weapon satelite (secret, it was actually a launch of 4 separate satelites which combined in space), and my weather satelies. I am just launching few more satelites cause i need them. No need to congratulate me

OOC: I have launched satellites before aswell (Secretly launched FOBS [Fractional Orbital Bombardment System]) aswell as research and recon satelites.... Maybe we were all just feeling generous?
