In this thread other happenings in Holy Panooly and the pacific will be played. This open however I don't think anyone except my RP group or those directly involved will enter.

I feel that they will be very thankful to their Lord Mr Templeton for signing this historic agreement and associates trade concessions. The vastness of the pacific is open to us gentlemen, imagine the might. As you may understand when this little affair is over in Guffingford we can only aim for complete power in the devastated lands of Holy Panooly and the surrounding islands in Oceania. Perhaps parts of Australia? Hong Kong? Macau? Japanese islands? Who knows. But what we do know is this; we can accomplish anything now. Anything!" Solan Rixx overlooked the the conference hall with a bright look on his clean-shaven face. Tapping on the table impatiently, he eagerly awaited a response from the men and women sitting. A women spoke to Mr Rixx about his plans of conquest.
"With all due respect Mr Rixx but I am afraid that well. The friendship with Holy Panooly is strictly for business only, we really needed a forified base in the pacific and Holy Panooly is perfectly suitable, the strategic position is unmatched. Close to the Philipines, near Australia and close enough to China for an eventual assault by air. But I am afraid the everlasting chaotic situation of Holy Panooly will find his way into Guffingford, this obscure Baron Templeton is a thief, a common thief. The only thing he cares about his wine and gold. We cannot trust this man!" A shock of went through the conference room while the women, remained firm in her position.
"Gentlemen, this is getting nowhere. I suggest we let this Mr Templeton do whatever he pleases, after all, what harm can he possibly do to us?"

At the same time in Poland, Guffinfordii SS and STASI troops began rounding up all the 'suspicious' people in the ghettos. Getting them to camps wasn't necessary, the buildings with the people inside were blown up or burned down. We are not barbarians, no. We just shoot random civillians if someone tries to outsmart us. The cheap (read: free) labourers stuffed the camps and the arms factories were running at maximum capacity, working themselves to death to produce more weapons. The alarming rate of production requires more of the Empire, more workers, more raw materials. The Empire requires more.

Baron Templeton walked through the marbled halls of his small but wealthy residence while inspecting the work of his cleaning staff. Very good, they did a fine job this time. Baron Templeton studied the map of the pacific - many small islands such as Tonga and Palau haven't been colonized yet. It was time to wake them up. With aid coming straight from Guffingford and the money we earn with piracy in Indonesia and the Philipines I think Panoolians have a chance of rallying a large enough force to take these isles.

The ONI Concordiat fully supports the government in this, and is sending the 2nd and 5th Panzer, as well as the 32nd Schwehrpanzer to assist government forces, if the need be. In reserve will be the 11th Panzergrenadierdivision.

Why don't you seek someone else to handle your dirty laundry and perhaps you hadn't noticed, we are a strictly catholic nation. Do not insult us any further, since we already know of your support to Acre Union. Do not tempt us to go there.

ONI Concordiat we do not appreciate your military presence in our dominion. Please refrain from sending in reinforcements for they are not needed. We can handle our own business; unwated foreign help is out of the question. Any military vessel entering our waters will be seen as an offensive action performed by aforementioned vessel(s) and will be dealt with in our manner.

The hidden agendas of both Solan Rixx and Dominic Templeton began to show frightening similarities. Empires in the pacific, annexation of tropical paradises colonies and glory days of the early 1900's. Two completely different minds but the same thoughts and the same desires for more, greed. More is more, the two, tied together by a gimmick treaty could only mean they are walking the way to a catastrophe. None of them had any interest in keeping unneeded and unproductive elements of society alive, had no scruples regarding human rights or the Geneva Convention. Ah that reminds me what happened a few days ago in Switzerland, Geneva to be exact. It was Field-Marshall Ynsson who walked through the embattled conference complex where the Geneva treaty was signed. The documents of the convention in his hand and while walking around he tore the paper into pieces all falling down like leaves coming from a tree in autumn. When he was done, he only said: "The geneva convention no longer exists"

"I can't believe it. I cannot believe it? They did what? They really forgot it?" The man was standing straight up in front of Solan Rixx, sitting behind his desk, with a very serious expression on his face.
"Yes Sir, it's true. They really forgot it." In almost a robotic manner of speaking, the man acknowledged what Solan Rixx said.
"They really are the most stupid people out there. But hey, can't blame the government of having such a dumb population. By the way, we do have some men there haven't we?
"Oh most certainly. I believe several special operations are going on in that sector. I still cannot believe... I simply can't believe it. Anyway, our Knights have a better way of dealing with such, special occasions of high priority action. The political tensions are cooling down now, if only a bit. We must seize this oppertunity right at this very moment."
"At once Sir." The man marched out of the office, closing the heavy oak doors behind him.

Indeed, this was a moment to pour myself a crystal glass of champagne. In Bob-Bob they're thinking they got themselves a saint in their royal halls in Buckingham but. Ah well, they will soon find out Guffingfordian citizens do not betray each other. Isn't life great? It's a pity I cannot tell my slighly incompetent colleague Mr Templeton about it, he will surely fuck things up. Little does it matter, he will have fun with our excess military equipment to have a go in the pacific while we, the real masters, focuss on the future. The future belongs to us, yesterday belongs to them. He looked at the huge map of Europe on the wall, and placing some flags. He was sure they were there, he did not need a signal and Solan knew they will fulfill their mission.

Back in Holy Panooly, the rhythm of the drums played by the native inhabitants was replaced with the marching of soldiers boots and the roaring sound of engines. Chainsaws cut down the tree's, and the old uranium mines were reopened. Holy Panooly was about to be re-industrialized by Guffingfordii workers. AA batteries replaced the old ones, the beaches secured, the cities entrenched and fortified and more to clear the land.

Any rebellion was terminated with a most absurd use of force, farms and other industries built around natural resources were modernized. Those who refused would be killed, no discussion. Holy Panooly was preparing itself to be the a bastion between the rich main backcountry of the continent, a stronghold where all forces smash against the indestructible walls. Long range guns and AA was placed on every hilltop, and new factories were opened daily. Not only the weakened HP economy got a substantial boost, the Guffingfordii economy also received large surpluses in cash and goods. Warehouses were restocked, and the supermarkets in HP filled with common food the people hadn't seen before.

But success brings enemies. The looming evil across the seas known as Wolfish looked with the eyes of a hawk. While fighting with Aust and Dumpsterdam, it was as clear as the sky they would not forget to defend themselves against a tormenting struggle in the pacific. Dominic Templeton was still luring across the horizon, at islands, tropical paradises. He still had not forgotten the promise of Solan Rixx - his seat of power will be in Hong Kong. No longer in a grotty little house somewhere in the jungle, but in a powerhouse of the east. But an Empire requires land, and resources. If we suck all oilwells in HP dry, then we would have to rely on long lines. No, the Empire requires that we must start the search for more. More of everything.

It was time to become imperialist.

In the nation, the knights were unloading their cargo at the harbour with the help of local Catholics and Eastern Orthodox citizens. Work proceeded and the sun was setting. Behind the hills, a hellish red-orange light flooded the landscape cloacking the lands in a crimson atmosphere. Weapons, ammunition, food, clothes, maps, compasses... Everything a guerrilla warrior needs. The fight wouldn't be lasting long, we already have a major influence. And since this nation is isolated by nature and not watched by the outside world, the knights are free to do what their mission is. In the safety of the lush forests on the hills and in the villages in valleys. The churchbells rang to let the people know of the presence.

Armed resistance was pretty much close to zero, only some muslims had objections but those were easy to overcome. Instead of the inane sound of guns and violence, the sound of talk came out of townhalls. Killing an enemy creaters martyes and for every martyr killed, hundred potential martyrs arise. That would be too dangerous. The rights of the muslim population are carefully written down in lawbooks to maintain peace and prosperity. The nation in question was re-arming itself. The forests became fortresses, the mountains bunkers and the plains trenches. Invisible for outsiders, this country would be part of something far greater. Still, the local population was quite suspicious of moving into something far bigger, and potentially a magnet for conflict and war.

SECRET IC:
Days were long for the working crews, day and night six days a week. There was much work to be done, fortifications, bunkers, new cities, factories and military installations. The smelters and factories hammered and forged the steel and iron into progress and the future of a new state under Guffingfordii-Panoolian rule, forged to serve the needs of an everlasting and ever expanding empire. Armed resistance of the Muslim population was increasing, but thankfully those are mere extremist groups bent on disrupting social order and structure, most Muslims want to live peacefully with the Christians in the country.

Still, there were no signs of the neighboring state being alarmed by these works. The nation was modernizing and trying to attract foreign industries. Nothing wrong or out of the ordinary with that isn't it? Tourism florishes and business is booming, is there any reason to suspect an undercover operation from the Guffingfordii Knights? Absolutely not.

Of course, the stories of a big money injection from a powerful rival, a competitor aren't easy to get rid of. But who cares? The land is going to be ours and no one is going to stop us.

Winter's grasp has overtaken the lands, the green forests on the hillsides and in the valleys turned to the serene whiteness of fresh snow, and the vibrant streams and rivers turned into a lifeless mass of ice.

SECRET IC:
The cold sky, as hard as iron and the wind slicing through skin and bone like a hot knife through butter. Inside the cabins and barracks men waited for spring. Almost 90% of the country (except some fortified encampments of Muslim resistance fighters) has been put under control of the Knights. Those islands in the sea of the Knights will not last long, since none of them shares a border with the neighbor. We will have to wait. Winter will kill them, and if they live till spring, our guns will. Captain Mac McClure was looking at the sea, wild and the foam-capped waves pounded at the docks and piers. Our beams we placed and buildings we constructed will hold firm he though. He was thinking how to formulate the letter to Solan Rixx about the success of this mission. So far, not a single outsider noticed the Guffingfordii presence in this future dominion of the Dual Guffingford-Panooly Empire. The letter can be written tomorrow too, there's no need to start rushing things.

Today a new breed of homeland security has been installed along all of Guffingford's borders. This includes railguns (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=389820), more extensive satellite networks, GPS defense buoy system, extensive new border protection and more confidential defensive structures and strategies. These will cover the northen borders with Wazzu, Bedou and Russian Forces. The southern border with ViZion, Dr_Twist and Euroslavia and the eastern border also with Russian Forces. The construction of these buildings commence as this message is broadcasted to the world. We seek no conflict; only to secure our assets and the future of our nation.

'So, my good colleague, how's it going with the annexation of our piece of land?' Signoli DeFelice, minister of foreign affairs under Solan Rix I, had his fists balled resting on the table. 'Well? Come on, Shaw, tell me.'
'Alright, Mr DeFelice I am proud to announce that the annexation of Bosnia has gone completely unnoticed by Dr_Twist or any other nations in that sector.' Proud as he was, Mr Shaw was still a little anxious about the possible concequences. 'Sir, there are no signs of a clear Guffingfordii presence, no flags, party banners, typical Guffingfordii customs, no genocide or dictatorship.' Mr Shaw felt a little relieved, but not too much when he told this.
'Excellent, excellent, excellent... Yes, the Knights did a wonderful job there didn't they? I urge you only to tell this to Mr Rixx as soon as he gets back from the little party in Austar Union.'
'Of course Sir.'
We cannot let our men there shirk or fall from their guardposts thinking nothing will happen. I want all lapses to be reported to me the day they occur. When those fools in Dr_Twist wake up, there's a one to million chance they will notice our presence. If they wake up that is. Is the same Bosnian government still in control?'
'Yes sir. When the next elections come around we'll get a puppet of Guffingford in their parliament.'
'Good, good. Carry on. Although I have to admin I am quite worried they will find out about this sooner or later. The first stages had been successful, but to consolidate our power we must impress and intimidate, which cannot happen without letting the people know of Guffingford in Bosnia.'

Since I gave clear signs of what type of country (muslim minority, mountains, shall shoreline) giving ignorance as an excuse won't do. I kept this secret IC on purpose because I know using secret IC for normal IC is too tempting when you name every nation you claim and action you perform.

Your Claim to Bosnia is Ignored Guff.

Now I do have claims to Bosnia dating back with all the other nations in that Region, However for some Reason, when i past my Claims onto Chellis, Bosnia was missed from the List.

Now Guffingford, I would like to know how you got inside Bosnia? The Nation is actually Land locked by Croatia, meaning no Naval Vassals can get in, and even if u could get in, The Suez and the Gibraltar Straight are Still closed to RWC, Which Leaves Air, there is no way in VIA air without permission of the Dr_Twist Government, and even so a Guffingford Aircraft would have to fly around down to Africa and come up throw Somewhere, You claim is Flawed and will be ignored for its inability.

Bosnia Does have one Sea Access, However that Sea Access is Covered by Croatia, Meaning all Shipping Heading to Bosnia has to pass by Croatian Waters, There is no way for Guffingford or anyone to get inside this Nation without my Permission, as Such i state again this is Ignored.

OOC: I expected you to do this. 1) Chellis ignores me so his actions do not have any effect on me. 2) I RPed getting into Bosnia -search for yourself and you even approved it, because I wanted to start a civil war there. 3) Your claim on Bosnia isn't listed anywhere, how can you expect me to know it? If you haven't forgotten Bosnia at all. 4) United Elias posted the Suez remains open, why would I go through the Suez if no one stops me at Gribraltar?

It's funny how you first say Chellis' claim on Gribraltar is flawed and unrealistic and when someone finds a flaw in your own camp, you hang unto this. By the way, what makes you think I am using the Guffingfordii flag on my trawlers?
