Greetings.

By joint command of the Free Star Commonwealth Security Coucil, Operation Submission has begun. The goal is to totally bring the earth to it's knees, or to bring it's total destruction. the choice is yours. Only full and total surrender by the Earth to the Free Star Commonwealth, via the United Nations is acceptable.
Our Commonwealth was formed when we were thrown off the Earth and sent into space in exile. We have bene working towards the day of our return, and vengence. That day has arrived.
Battle cruisers are in geosynchrous orbit with the nations of Earth. We demand an official apology to the human nations of the Free Star Commonwealth. We also demand a surrender of the United Nations to the Free Star Commonwealth.
This surrender will include a cessation of land and testitution to be payed to the Free Star Commonwealth in an excess of 150 Billion American dollars. This is to be paid in gold or other precious materials.
Please do not blow us off or attempt assault. We are deployed not only in geosynchrous orbit, but elsewhere as well. We are armed with nuclear, biological and chemical missles with warheads.
Our military, in personell are approximately 400 million troops. We are armed with cutting edge Battle droid technology.
In addition, waiting in the wings is another additional 500 to 600 million clone troopers, cloned in a secret program initiated jointly by the Free Star Commonwealth military. They are prepared, if we are attacked, to launch swarms of nuclear, chemical and bviological missles on the Earth, indiscriminately. This will be followed up by carpet bombing and full deployment of our troops.
In addition, through negotiation with the Clan nations of the Free Star Commonwealth, we have thousands of bloodthirsty Native Priapian troops who are ready and willing to descend on the Earth to kill, slaughter and pillage. Beleive me, as much as they hate us, they hate you more for sending us to their planets. Their greatest desire is to rape your women and kill as many of you as possible.
Their is no possibility of resistance; we have infiltrated you using our Commonwealth Youth special forces, assasins and sabatoures who are trained to kill, and are insanely loyal to the Commonwealth and to the aims and objections of Operation Submission. these undisclosed sleeper cells will rise up to kill and destroy should you attack us. Should you make any moves against them or the gathered Free Star Commonwealth forces surronding your world, secreted weapons of mass destruction will be released, killing millions.

Operations Submission has but one demand; total and absolute submission by all U.N affiliated nations to our demands:

1. 150 billion in American dollares in gold or precious material from U.N nations
2. a decleration of surrender from the U.N, ratified by the U.n and the Commonwealth
3. Reperations of land from EVERY and ALL U.N affiliated nations to the Free Star Cimminwealth.

You have 72 hours to comply. Any deviation or assault will result in nuclear holocaust and possible extinction of the human race.
To comply,1) have the U.N transmit on public television and radio the official decleration of surrender to the forces of the Free Star Commonwealth.2) Deposit the 150 billion u.s dollars of gold and precious metals in the American Fort Knox. pull out all troops to a 150 mile peremiter from Fort Knox. Any deviation will cause nuclear holocaust. 3) Begin to clear out a quarter of the most fertile, agricultural land your nations have. No troops, or any human habitation. If human habitation is found, the area will be bombed with nuclear, biological and chemical weapons of mass destruction and your capitals nuked.
Be warned. You have 72 hours. Do not resist. Do not assault us. Submit to our dominion or die. This is your only choices.

Well, a nation with 300 times more soldiers than population.. must be someone's puppet indeed.. as for "earth" kicking them off planet, was it "Earth" as a whole? or some nation in particular?

And with all that ammount of "super soldiers" highly trained, vicious, deadly, violent, etc, etc, i wonder why the government has not sufered a coup-de-etat already..

And, also, is "Earth" aparticular nation or the whole world? if it is the whole world, then "who" is goint to act as "Earth" and answer to the threat?

It is really simple. The Free Star Commonwealth has billions of citizens. We have cloned them and prepared to kill all of you unless you meet our demands.
The question reall are you willing to be our subjects? Once you surrender you will be a subject nation to us.

Nope. We are the Free Star Commonwealth, amde up of 18 nations, with aproximately 10 or 11 Billion people (I lose track). We have cloned all our soldiers, and worked assidiously towards our return.
The Generican States is the leading nation of the Free Star Commonwealth. We are liike the U.N with the goal of forcing your submission to us. Of course, fi you shose not to that's o.k. We have more than enough nuclear missles to kill you all. It really dosen't matter if you decide to surrender ro not; it's just we want you to eat crow and PUBLICLY admit you were wrong, and to fall on your knees and beg for mercy.

It was the U.N that threw us off. They said we were too violent, that we didn't fit the "New World Order" they were making. So they packed us on a ship and snet us wholeslae to the Priapian system, which we settled.
We only demand the surrender of the United Nations as a whole. However, I am afraid if they are too foolish to do so, we will gladly incinerate the Earth. We have no love for you, or your bastard nations. The only reason we are giving you a chance to surrender, is we want you to admit you were wrong to exile us and to pay us what we demand AND surrender land to us. If you do this, we will let you live. If not, then we will bombard the earth with nuclear missles from orbit untill the Earth is a cinder.
Thus we demand a chosen member of the United Nations to agree to:

a. Unconditional surrender of the united Nations to the F.S.C
b. To be posted under the heading "United Nations Surrenders to the F.S.C"
c. And the words to say " As an officially designated representative of the United Nations, we surrender to the Free Star Commonwealth without qualification. We recognize our nations as subject nations and offer the demanded reperations as BEGINING tribute to the Free Star Commonwealth for them to spare our nation's lives.
We officially dissolve the United Nations and join as a vassal nation and world to the Free Star Commonwealth. As our last official act as the United Nations, we recognize continuing survival depends on complying fully and without deviation with the Free Star Commonwealth's demands. Any deviation., we understand will lead to our hostage workd being obliterated"

All monies will be depositied in Fort Knox, and you must pull out to a peremiter of 150 miles around Fort Knox. If you don't we'll nuke you.

As for why no coups easy; as much as we hate each other, we hate you more. As they say the enemy of my enemy is my friend. We have one goal; for you to surrender publicly to us or die forever more.

No godmodding. I have the capabilities I have stated. I have spent the money, the time to do what I have declared.

a)1.5 Billion troops
b) 10 divisions of Battledroids (posted by us), 100 to a division (about 1,000)
C.) Native Priapian mercernaries numbering in 10,000
D) Battlecruisers from the Generican States, Shadow Falcon Clan, e.t.c

E) A full compliment of NBC weapons: Number 10,000
F) aerospace fighters: 350 of them
