OOC: He is my friend at school and we have planed this ok..

IC:there have been a lot of tennsion in both nations they are about to go into military combat and becaues suner attacked one of are towns and it was a little town they have been keeping everyone in by a wall and have been killing anyone that trys to leave and they have sent troops to make that town to make sure we don't try to take it over the town is a strtigic place and is good for attacking are nearest city rabkov and that would start the war and we have moved are troops near the area and no sides have been in any combat it is heating up one battle has happen but it was small ther were peace talks failed and there just might be a war

A stout penguin walked into the conference room holding a dossier and eventually taking a seat at the head of the table.

“ I have sent a telegram to Soviet Leaders and await their responding, now I ask General here to take the floor and layout our military tactics”

If Soviet leaders doesn’t Respond within hours we will start invading from the South working our way north. We have a division ready for the attack which will carry out on your command Mr.President”
