Really for Reference only, but I'd like to announce that what was formerly known as the USSCR (CR for short) has "withdrawn" into Cuba. We retain any assets, relocating them to their appropriate counterpart if possible, and if not..relocating to a new space. All constructed assets are transferred, and no official reconstruction posts will be made.
Finally, if you have a problem with it, its your own problem. I won't ignore you, nor will I care.
(And as a note, all foreign relations remain intact.)
