OOC: Need someone to play the Sicilian Resistance (anti), the Risban-Sicilian Loyalist Militia (pro), and the Sicilian Liberation Front (Anti).

Wishing to expand its borders, the Empire of Risban, currently residing in Italy, set its eyes on the Island of Sicily. Alexander Perkins, the Imperial High Minister of Foreign Affairs, recently announced that the Risban Imperial First Fleet has set sail from Rome and begun to form a blockade around Sicily.

The fleet is under the command of Grand Admiral Eric Tarda and is carrying 125,000 footsoldiers, 2,000 medics, 10,000 special forces, 200 humanitarian aid workers, and 17,600 engineers.
With the island so close to the Italian coast, Emperor Scorpius has announced that he is confident in Risban's ability to annex the island succesfully.
Thus far, two resistance groups, the Sicilian Resistance and the Sicilian Liberation Front (SLF), have sprung up. The Sicilian Resistance is a strong supporter of communism and therefor is fighting against the Imperialist government moving in. The SLF is made up of members of the former, small Sicilian Government and members of the Sicilian Fisher's Guild and the Sicilian Environmental Society, who are all quite angry about the blockade.
One pro-Risban group has sprung up, the Risban-Sicilian Loyalist Militia (RSLM), made up of several members of the old government, some police forces, and the Sicilians for Greater Power Foundation, all of which see that joining Risban would help Sicily's economy.
The Risban Imperial First Fleet has, as stated, blockaded the Island of Sicily. Any and all ships trying to leave the island are intercepted. The crews are questioned and then either sent on their way, imprisoned, or sent back to the island, depending on who they are and what their intentions are.
The Empire of Risban has sent ultimatums to the SLF and Sicilian Resistance, threatening to deploy ground forces if they do not surrender.
An extra 75,000 troops are getting ready to join the Imperial Blockade if Risban is to invade the island.
