Trafilgar, Halfhands Hall
Galdar walked down the corridor, after being escorted by Honour Guard soldiers. He took little time to notice the fancy decorations, his mind was focused. His large plated feet made a echoing sound as he marched into the hall. Once he entered the hall, he took a look around. He’d been the second to arrive, two of the other seats where occupied. One with whom he believed to be Barrik, and another by an unknown person. There was one larger chair, clearly for him. He strode forward, pulled his chair back with his left arm and took a heavy seat. His chain gleaming against his reddish, thick skin. He took off his helm and set it in front of him, it had taken awhile to remove his helm with horns after losing his right arm. Strapped across his belt was his most favored sword, newly polished.

Snatching up a goblet, he poured some drink and started drinking. Also being hungry, he helped himself to some of the meat. Before he ate anything, he brought out his ring on the chain and displayed it over his armour. Then begun to eat.

"Sir, approximate time of arrival is 6 minutes. The captain requests for you to fasten your seatbelt", spoke Draeythe Sanchez.

"Ah yes... safety... I miss the days when I could feel safe. Now I must travel everywhere with 10 or more guards along my side. It's bullshit... I can handle myself", replied Vishkin Saul, in his deep voice.

"Yes sir, I hear you, but please, fasten your seatbelt. But being attacked by thugs on the street and being tossed around inside an airplane are very different. Just fasten your seatbelt, its for your own safety. We'll be there soon", replied Sanchez with a toothy grin.

The soft noise of a clicking seatbelt and a grunt of disapproval.

The customized B-1 Lancer landed on the runway and pulled up to the private terminal designated for the Ar Sandis leader.

"Were here, sir", came from the cockpit.

"It's about time", said Vishkin as he unbuckled his seatbelt and stood up. "Alright, Draeythe and I shall go to the meeting. You two (Vishkin pointed to the 2 fully equipped guards standing by the exit door) will come too. No one else. I expect my plane will be refueled and ready to go when I get back?"

"Yes sir, of course. We only live to serve you", said the Co-pilot.

Vishkin, Sanchez, and 2 guards got off the plan and into the waiting hummer, and it began its way to the private meeting.

Trafilgar, Halfhands Hall

The hummer containing the Ar Sandis leaders and the two guards pulled up to Halfhands Hall. Vishkin and Draeythe casually got out and smoothed the wrinkles out of their long, black and red coats.

"We can take it from here", said Draeythe as he lead Vishkin Saul into the well decorated Hall.

The two men passed many Danite guards, as well as many beautiful decorations and paintings. Vishkin ignored these pleasantries and continued to the meeting chamber.

"Right here, sir", said Draeythe as he pointed to the tall backed chair at the opposite side of the table as Tsar Barrik.

Vishkin Saul sat, and with a grin on his face immediately spoke. "Good afternoon". Vishkin nodded to Barrik, and then to the leaders of Amgal and Galdar.

Vishkin sat and waited for the others to arrive. Draeythe stood against the wall behind him with his arms crossed on his broad chest.

Trafilgar Airport
Chancellor Vashikov's personal AN-224 Mobile Command Aircraft taxied the runway. The plane was massive. It ground to a halt at one of the many terminals. When the doors opened, out stepped Head Ambassador Blucher followed by Vice-Chancellor Mikhail Kutusov who was then flanked immediatly by four Royal Natar Dragoons. Several Danite Honour guard approached the group. The Vice-Chancellor spoke.
"Sorry for the inconvenience gentlemen, but myself and Ambassador Blucher will be taking over diplomatic talks with the Alliance. Chancellor Vashikov is very busy preparing the nation for a second war while fighting another in the Central Pacific."

Halfhands Hall, Trafilgar
As the armoured car pulled up to the front steps of the hall and stopped. Ambassador Blucher and Vice-Chancellor Kutusov emerged. Their ornate Natoan uniforms proudly displayed their ranks and medals. Normally these weren't worn in favour of the less flashy, more practical modern uniforms. These however, were not normal circumstances. The two men were flanked by four Natar Dragoons who wore uniforms equally as magnificent. As they entered the front gate, it slowly closed behind them. They were led to a room with a large table in the center. Already sitting were the Leaders of several nations. Amgal, Galdar, Ar Sandis, and Danite of course. He looked at them all and spoke.
"Gentlemen, I come here to represent the Dominion of Natoa on behalf of Chancellor Vashikov. I am Vice-Chancellor Kutusov and this is Ambassador Blucher. Greetings to you all."
He turned and found a seat at the table.

Actually, I can PWN Natoa, along with his allies. Just that I'm very busy and always rushing during RP, so much of my RP doesnt make much sense.

My population PWNs Natoa and his so-called 'alliance'. If not, then my alliance will PWN.

OOC: Oh and Hawaii, Natoa did mention his 600,000+ tanks, yes?
Isnt that godmoding?

How can a country with under 400 million population get 190 million soldiers and have 600,000 tanks?

Even so, my Anti-Tank Missile Trackers will destroy them once they touch Hawaiian terroritory.

OOC: Sorry for any misunderstanding, the 190,000,000 men are all my military controlled men. The government I have is a Military Junta and so the Military controls most of the nation. These men include government officials, farmers, police forces, reservists, fishermen and pretty much any industry that the government runs, which is almost all of them.

OOC: So it is not god modding, because I included all government officials etc in the "serving men"

I never once mentioned that they were 190 million soldiers. I said 190 million "Military Controlled Men" and I legally purchased all the tanks I own.

Also, just because you have a larger population dosent mean you could "PWN" our alliance. We'll see how you fair against the combined forces of our unholy alliance, good luck! You'll need it. :)

The King's Longboat arrived at the port of Trafilar.King Barlin Arksson of the Kingdom of Warksson stepped out.He had his bull horned helmet on along with a thick fir cloak with his sword at his belt.High Commander Arch Jabersson followed behind. He had his walrus tusked helmet on with a huge battle axe strapped to his back."Guard the ship."Arksson ordered to the crew. They all saluted, fist to chest.
The two of them arrived at the hall a short time after. They enjoyed looking at the decorations. The finally made it to the romm with the others after almost getting lost a few times."Hello there."Arksson says to them.He takes a seat and takes a drink with Jabersson standing behind him.

ok.. Well, to make things more complex on this situation. Since my military has been through wars, they've been trained to fight more couragous and fiercely.

IC:

After the start of uprise, the Hawaiian Military Exercise began. Today, it has stopped to give the soldiers a break, and prepare the war against Natoa. 3 Million soldiers prepare as the clock ticks.

Tsar Barrik stood and raised his glass.

“Cheers, this is the first meeting. The ‘Circle of the Unseen Hand’ comes to order, we’ve all been summoned here by Chancellor Vashikov, whom has decided to not show up. But I’m sure his advisors or whatever these other two men are know what they’re doing, so let us keep out swords in scabbards, guns holstered and axes strung. I turn our attention to Mr. Kutusov and Mr. Blucher, and see what they have to speak.” At that, Barrik takes his seat and sips his wine. Not having the stomach for alcohol, he keeps it to a minimum.

Vice-Chancellor Kutusov stood up and slid his chair back.
"Thank you for that...introduction Tsar Barrik, but I am just as capable as Chancellor Vashikov. I have summoned you all here to decide the battleplan for the war with the Hawaiian Islands. They are our biggest threat despite their miniscule military forces. We must work together to achieve victory. The alliance will prevail in the end. I propose a mutual offensive on the borders of the Hawaiian Islands. The true might of the Natoan Airforce, Ar Sandis' Naval and Air power and Danite's all around strength and Warksson's...well...creative moral support will win this conflict for us. Please feel free to add any ideas my friends."
He said as he picked up his glass and sipped the vodka.

Ok.

Just to let you know. Armies are soldiers. Not Government Officals or 'farmers' and armies in Nationstates shouldnt be 190 million people in a country thats under 400 million people. Because thats more than half of your population.

If you want me to RP your way, then I'd have 750 million soldiers.

But one problem. If you were to arm 190 million soldiers, including your own civilians, you economy would collaspe by now. And plus, your army must be the most unorganized rabble in the world.

If you want me to RP in your way, just tell me, because I'd wipe you off this planet in an instant.

@ Danite, thanks for refuting any points I may have missed or stated incorrectly. I'm pretty much tired of this as well. However, I am going to censor myself and produce as temperate a response as possible to Natoa's demands.

@ Ar Sandis...yeah, conflict sucks. If you want to roleplay some other time, let me know...this could've been a good roleplay, until...I don't know. Somewhere though, things made a turn for the seriously, seriously awry.

Your army size is determined by your population and your economy. You get to decide what percentage of the budget you spend on defense, but within resonable bounds. Similarly, you decide how many people are in your army. Within reasonable bounds. Nazi Germany at its height did not have half its populace in the army. If it did, it would have collapsed faster than they gave their soldiers uniforms. Even supposing you had widespread conscription, it would kinda suck for your economy, and they wouldn't be well trained. The US learned this in Vietnam: a smaller, trained volunteer army completely owns several hundred thousand 'soldiers' who don't want to be there.

The general figure for people on your military payroll in times of war tapers off at somewhere below 5%. Then you have to deduct from this number the amount of non-combatants: logistics crew, engineers, radar operatives, repairmen,...the list goes on. This is a sizeable chunk of that 5%. Some have put it at around or over half - I don't know; there is some leeway but the point is, 5% population does not equal 5% of your population carrying guns and fighting.

5% of your population is 19 million today. 190 million serving men? Give me a break. 180,000 aircraft? Give me a break. Seriously.

"Military controlled men?" Granted, if your country was being occupied, as, say, France during a good deal of world war II, there could be a large number of militia/resistence forces. However, it is not easy at all to set up a unified resistence network. The French Resistence fought bravely, but the Nazis were breathing down their necks constantly, and they couldn't have overthrown them unless the Nazi empire was breaking up at the seams.

To state that the navy of a nation a year's worth of population greater than you is less than a quarter of your size is, quite simply put, pure ignorance.

Hawaiian Islands could, easily, easily turn out a force of seven million combatants - armed soldiers, not including their supporting crew and such - as an invasion force. This would be a mere portion of his military; it's folly to devote the entirety of one's military to an invasion. Now, I have had many, many differences with HI in the past. ICly I am far from allied to him. OOCly I don't like to roleplay with him. But he has the upper hand. There is no denying this.

There is a ridiculous amount of godmodding going on here on Natoa's side, and anyone who can see his force as legit.

As for the situation with Drizzts. Drizzts is back to his former self. Dean and the split factions are gone. They are holding free elections for a president, with Drizzts himself in some sort of powerholding royal position on his own.

OOC: Oh my god Hawaii, you just don't get it do you. I have a MILITARY JUNTA GOVERNMENT. Roughly half the population is men, therefore they are considered government-controlled. What don't you understand about that! The government controls everything, from hosiptals to farming.

And as for Zoogie, I have explained this several times. I never said a word about 190 million soldiers. Its more of an extreme communism where the government practically controls everything, and another thing! Stop comparing our nations to nations of the 1940s. I am not Nazi Germany, Danite isn't Communist Russia so just stop!

If you Consider yourself Communist, it is still Godmoding.

I am Communist and Civil war would break out if I force my men to be in the army. If you consider the men unarmed, it may be necessary, but then it wouldn't be an army.

You should learn to RP once without godmoding.

Tsar Barrik stands after a few moments of thought, looking around the table once more at his ‘allies’, he focuses his gaze on Vice-Chancellor Kutusov.

“Kutusov, when is it that we all agreed to rake death upon the Hawaiian Islands? I have not even heard, until this date, that you had any problem with them. The ‘Circle’ cannot function with one of its higher factions running around declaring war on people, and forgetting to tell the rest. You must speak to each leader and explain the situation, only then shall we vote and discuss possible battle plans.

Hawaiian Islands have done nothing to The Holy Empire of Danite, what crime have they committed against your people which requires such rash and devastating consequences?” says Barrik in his dark wispy voice.

At that, Barrik takes his seat again.

But anyways, back to the RP, im kinda sick of having to post an OOC every day so if you won't RP because of my style of government, then I'll change it....for the good of the Role Play.

Kutusov looked shocked at these statements by the Tsar. Ambassador Blucher then stood.
"I believe what the Vice-Chancellor is trying to say is that if the alliance is to work, we need to stick together. Hawaii is a threat to the sovreignty of many of our nations. Natoa just happens to be the closest."
Kutusov shot him a dark glare.
"If we are to succeed, we need unity, isn't that right Vice-Chancellor?"
Kutusov was uneasy and quickly finished off the glass of vodka. He then placed it on the table and spoke softly.
"Yes, you are correct Ambassador. To the members of the council, I am sorry for my rash behaviour."
He then sat and pondered how he could steal his diplomatic position back from Blucher after this fumble.
