Air raid on draganovian capitol

This morning, there was a early dawn raid on the draganovian capitol city, at around 7:30 EST there was the sound of jets overhead and then there were explosians, the draganovian air force was scrambled and they pursued the airplanes before they disappeard all of a sudden right before heading out over the ocean, General Tsume Wolfe said in a press conference that he was angry at these attacks and that the bombers never even showed up on radar so nothing could have been done to stop the attacks, the president has not yet commented on the attacks yet but is belived to be having an emergency meeting with his defense team, no people were killed but 30 teenagers who had stayed out on the streets were injured.

OOC: if anyone wants to, but since they couldnt appear on radar, it should be a country that at least has some future technology.
