OOC: This is a set up for a long lasting rivelry. I thought I'd better lay out the plot before anything actually happens.
IC:
Prego walked into his office. He had recently had a meeting with his advisors, and was very stressed. He sat down, and picked up his high school year book. He flipped through the pages, and one caught his eye. A picture of his graduating class in front of the school, but something was amiss. Then he remembered, it was the state of the school. Parish Hill, his school, was over 30 years old at that time. It had to be at least 45 now. He did a quick check, and discovered that since he had left, no improvements had been done to the school. He immediatly called another meeting.

"Gentlemen, I would like to address you on the state of our schools. Simply: Terrible. As you know, we plan on making District 11 our new capitol, due to the massive growth there. However, in over 40 years, no improvements have been made on the school there. We are about to change that.
Here is what we are going to do: Build a new one. But not just a school, a huge one. One that will put marvel all."

OOC: Here is what it will look like.

After the plans had been laid out, and a short zoning meeting, Parish Hill's finest began to apply to build the new school. Over 1200 stoneworkers gave their resumes to the building commission. A total of 36 were chosen to do the tough marble work. There was, however, a shortage of construction workers. So Prego layed out a plan to use National Guardsmen to help build the structures. 20% of the Tolland National Guard was used, and 10% of the Fairfeild National Guard.

" I can't believe this!" Four Tolland National Guardsmenwere huddled around a fire, after a long days work. "Here we are, building a new school for the Parish Hill idiots, and E.O. Smith is falling apart! You know, a buddy of mine told me that they siphioned money from E.O. for this shit hole. And the president, hes a graduate of Parish Hill. This place sucks." The other men nodded. Another man spoke up. "And whats with making us Mansfieldians cut our Rat Tails off? Thats like, racial profiling!" The other men agreed. "You know what? I think this is going to keep happening." "Yeah, but what are we going to do about it? Go on strike?" It appered as if the conversation had ended.
