RB City, The Unreprentant War Machine of Roach-Busters

Today in the Unrepentant War Machine of Roach-Busters, Generalissimo J.L. drafted a new law stipulating that all males with hair that goes past the top of the neck must be taken to a barber or be fined $50,000. If they are unable to pay the fine, they will be sentenced to five years of prison at hard labor. Bathing with soap and shampoo is now mandatory for all citizens, regardless of age or gender. At least one bath per day is the norm. Those who violate this law will be executed, unless they are under the age of 18. If they are 16-17, they will be fined $50 and escorted to a government facility where officials will bathe them. Children under 16 will be similarly bathed, but not fined. The intention of this law is to make hippies non-existent in RB.

I commend you on your decision to enact this law for the benefit of Roach-Busterians everywhere. It's better that hippies don't exist than have unclean people, after all. Maybe other nations will follow in our footsteps. About six months ago, I created a mandatory cleanliness law, though without the executions.

Parthian law has long stated that people who willingly become hippies forfeit their humanity and citizenship. Hippies in Parthia can be legally enslaved or killed at the will of anyone who comes across them. Why not use the hippies as breeding stock to make a race of sub-humans that can be used as slave labor? Or you could just descend upon them and use our patented mind control techniques to make them into a crazed flesh eating military force. The cost of the mind control will be three easy payments of $9.95!
