I've been considering a character RP, set in a military base. It would be open to anyone, and you could send people to be trained there. For example, a family could send their teenager away to this base, or someone wants a way to get rid of their 6 year old. You could send anyone, male, female, old, young. Try not to make it all the same. This would basically be a fun character RP for anyone who wants to join. I would RP the commander, or whatever level of soldier I decide, you will all RP cadets. The commander will basically be an extremely tough man, who cracks down hard on the pupils. Anyone want to sign up?

He graduated from the academy about mid-range in his class, so he’s competent, but no where near the best Transnapastain has to offer.

A Sliver is a Snake like creature with two arms hat have Blade-like Talons at the end.

I have ignored some, modified others and made them my own on NS. To understand how I modified them, click on the Rent-A-Sliver in my Signature and look at the first post. I have them seek peace first before anything else. I completly understand that they might be killed, but maybe they could be seperated, not remembering any language other than Sliver. They might be at that base because they somehow "Know" that they can "call home" from there. I know I will RP them peacefully at the Start and let everyone else take it from there.

*Ghargonian adults are on average about twice as strong as the strongest human. Rossok is only 15 years old though and not fully grown, so he's about as strong as a fairly fit human adult.

Also, I know you said MT, but Rossok will have had minimal contact with Ghargonian technology in his youth, and has no access whatsoever to any of their technology anymore. I also made him fairly young so the strength aspect inherent to their species didn't make him unbalanced. Something to bear in mind, if you let me join in; Ghargonians are reptiles and hate the cold... Also, he can't eat vegetables.

I’ve got a couple of things to say just before we move on to a new thread.

When I left the thread last night, I thought we were doing okay; all the characters were getting to know each other, getting to see how their companions ticked and establishing a common bond that is so very much desired in a military unit situation.
So imagine my surprise when I wake up this morning, come onto NationStates to check the thread’s progress and it has been locked.
Now, I realise that we went a little wild towards the end of that which we most likely shouldn’t. I concede that point. Partially however, this is due to not being given guidelines on what we could and could not do. Sact, you did literally start the thread and had to leave (I am not disputing your reasons for leaving – RL is a bitch and can take people away from RPs for a long time), so we were left to ‘get on with it’, so to speak. And I thought it was going okay.
Another point regarding the one-liner posts we began making at certain times; I love a descriptive RP. I live for them, whether it is character-based or involving your entire nation. I just love writing. But assuming that it will be in-depth description all the time on these threads is a little naïve. When you have four or five people online, typing replies to each other’s posts within three minutes of they themselves posting, if you take the time to sit down and write even a single page of descriptive writing, you end up a page behind everyone else. I assumed this RP, due to these conditions, would be the kind of story where descriptive and one-liners moved between each other; descriptive in certain situations deeply involving the characters in question and shorter where general conversation was merely taking place.
Also, I take offence at describing the thread as a ‘whorehouse’, because I cannot see how it would justify being called that. Nothing untoward went on, nobody went around ripping clothes off and having an orgy, so I assume this was a personal insult to us.

There, I’ve said my piece. Sact, if you still want me to participate in the new thread, I would like to do that. If however, after speaking my thoughts above, you do not wish me on this thread anymore, I understand and will leave with no further words.
