After the bloody riots of these past few days, roughly 15,000 thousand Natoan citizens have formed a para-military group in Kiloptor on the northeast corner of the island. They call for the resignation of Marshal Ommura and a new democratic government to be instituted. They have organized and are now engaged with government forces in the north. The Natoan Government issued a call for help to any nation willing to put a stop to a democratic uprising by sending supplies to the Natoan Military.
