On his private island Dittatore Cristo looked out on the Archipelego Empire he had created he knew if he signed this treaty he would be bound to his allies forever, even though he was suprised that he wasnt included in the first place.

He sighed. " His decisions may be rash at times, but I cant turn my back on him."
He picked up the phone and called his council.
" Sign the treaty." He hung the phone up and walked outside.

Utopria is intrested in this research and development project we will aid in any way possible. That is we will aid in any reasonable bounderies.
Althis will be willing to help research. We will be willing to fund, if needed.
