Three days before the official celebrations were set to commence things were going through the last prepatory stages. The firework displays were all set up and ready to go. The soldiers from the elite Veskaland “Ultimo” force were practicing their drills.
Veskaland’s newly re-elected Praetor Elayeth Wren looked out of the Command Chamber window at the marching soldiers from Veskaland’s combine military forces he noticed that the first starships had arrived and were beaming down their crew so they too could celebrate First Contact Day. Elayeth looked down at his daughter and said “When I was your age for First Contact Day I only got a day off from school.”
