Nero sent out a telegram to everyone who replied to his alliance inviting them to the meeting.
To all nations who replied.
A meeting is open at Highgard meeting hall in central Marxin, Nerotika.

He walked downstairs to his limo along side of him were 4 elite gaurds each carrying one modified Nerokan made FG-42 and one modified Nerotikan made Lugar. The limo drive opened the door and two gaurds got in first followed by Nero then the other gaurds. The street was cleared and hundreds of Nerotikan elite marines held positions along the street curbs. The limo was surrounded by 4 police cars and infront and inback of the limo were amored transports holding 6 elite marines who sat with their guns outside the windows placed on each side. It would be 4 hours till they reached the Highgard meeting hall sence they were in George City doing a speech ceremony for the opening of a large statue in honor of the troops in the army.
