Greetings, My name is Carl IV Fredrick. The new King of the Swedish Dominions. We have finally returned after many years of isolation.
We have decided to keep our Monarchy, but it will merly be a symbol of the Swedish People instead of a rulingpower. We will elect a primeminister to rule our government. We hope that the International Community like our return, because we will now be a major power to count with.
