The actual question was in what form are you suuplying the C4.
(and you are seriously over chargeing, C4 is dirt cheap to make and easy to transport a quick search should fidn you soem RL C4 prices).

You don't actually ship C4 in its usual form, you generally ship it in big drums of powerdy stuff that you then knead into the more usual plasticine form.
just doa google search for C4 and you will find a nice Uk company that lsits it at £15 per kg...
