The Burning Demons Guerrilla Organization, in an attempt to better protect itself from organized military forces, is attempting to exchange funds and military protection for nuclear arms. The location of the exchange will take place in an area of our choosing. The weapons must be fully functional, and must be small enough to fit in an average briefcase. All other specifications are left to the person who is selling. Anyone caught negotiating on behalf of our enemies will be executed on sight, and war will be declared on the nation that they represent.
