OOC: Since i have 246875 (probably more but i am gonna be generous and put all that surplus in logistics making it far beyong 7:1 ratio, but i haven't updated my army for some time and the last time i had that many reserves) reserves, i decided to create a brunch of my military which receives orders directly from the president and is the best of the best. Better trained then my regular special ops divisions.

From: General Polovnikov, supreme commander of Pushkan armed forces
Text: Your request has been accepted by the circle of Generals and Pushkan defense council, comrade president.
A force of 50000 men, all best of the best, ex-soldiers who prooved their worth in real combat, will be selected out of 500000 men of Pushkan armed forces, the men from the reserves will fill in for those picked for this program.
Once selected the soldiers will go through intense training, many will fail but those who pass will be accepted into the Red Devil division, they will use best technology Pushka has to offer and they will be trained in more detail then out regular forces (10 billion has been put in for training program for the regular foces (conscript, plus special ops)). After they finished their training they will fall directly under your command and will act separately from regular armed forces.
This is kept under secret, all those involved are to keep their mouths shut under penalty of being folund guilty of treason and death that follows such an offence.
We only need you to aprove this program, we will need 30 billion rubbles to set all of this up.
