System Solitude
Periphery of Confederacy Space
The system was aptly named besides the single rocky, lifeless planetoid orbiting the systems primary the system was empty. It was also a fifty light-years to the nearest inhabited system. It was a good place to be alone in the universe, or to hold secret meeting that no other national powers need to hear about.
The Battleship Reliant sat motionless on the fringe of the system. She was an old ship sold from the Commonwealth to the Confederacy yet her 2.4 km of hull was heavily refitted over the years and has modern weapons and sensors, and capable of holding its own with any ships its size.
However it was not in the system to fight but to talk with another national power that perhaps could help the Confederacy and if anything would be needed in the future it was help from friends.
